 I’ve been clipping their hair for years, and mine has started coming out in clumps, so I let my boys turn my clippers on me. They had a good time and dh finished it off and cleaned it up. What is left is a neat 1/4” in length. I am ready for summer! |

Doing okay! Cycle 2 of chemo is tomorrow morning. I can’t say it is a load of fun, but I’ll get through it. I’m trying to make this whole cancer process not as distressing as it could be for my boys. My older son keeps coming up to me sitting on the couch and rubbing my buzzed scalp. Dh and I are telling him it will bring him good luck.  |

Love the smiles and joy you see in the photo! Yes, this! I remember when my friend got cancer. We shaved her head on a beautiful day right before Memorial Day. We all sat by the pool and did it. No tears, just laughter. She did it on her terms and that was great. Glad you did too! |
