A little late for today but maybe an upcoming barbecue. This salad is relatively easy (if you use food processor to slice) and every time I take it I get asked for recipe. I adjust the vegie amounts to my liking or what I have as wekk as add a bag of those small sweet peppers sliced in rings. I also don't put as much sugar as in the recipe. Not something to make last minute as it needs to sit and chill (its a make day before dish). Easily doubled to feed a crowd...
