But they've gotta keep sweet and all that. ”Keep sweet” isn’t a Mormon thing, it’s an FLDS thing.

The only thing I don't like is that bookshelf goes all the way up through the second floor and so you can only put decor there and it will get dusty and you will see the dust from the second floor. That's the kind of practical thinking I like Easy to clean might be my number 2 priority in any future move (location always being no.1).

I hope Becky's feeling inspired by the unexpected and unplanned discovery of the only photograph of Joseph Smith that we know of... He does not look like the angelic, forever 21 JS the Church has been depicting. The I-should-absolutely- not-meet-this-guy-in-a-dark-alley vibes are real. This was just discovered in a family heirloom locket by descendants of Joseph Smith, comparison with how the Church of LDS has been picturing him (he died age 39 so you know, this photo is of him still being quite young) #OGPhotoshop: There have been some clever memes on Twitter.

I loved the moose on the books! That house wasn't for me, but we all like different things. It looked like a show home and not lived in. My house looks like Santa vomited on it during the holidays.

How many times is she going to post about her "unexpected move" and being overwhelmed (but in the best possible ways, guys!) It's been a couple of months now.

I can't help but wonder....do NON-influencers write three paragraphs about how much they DON'T miss their custom-built dream home?

I've been with Becky for a zillion years, not too bothered by some of her deviations into other stuff (I kinda liked the stone wrap 😂) but always wishing she'd just stay focused on PL. I still follow her.
But holy freaking moly. What is the actual TRIAL that she can't stop wallowing in? If it's Claire being gay, I'm SO OVER THAT bc being gay is not bad -- I know unless you're a devout Mormon. But come on Becky--get over yourself. I'm just about done with her, and for me that's saying a lot.

Does anyone else “ponder” about things as much as Becky does?

Does anyone else “ponder” about things as much as Becky does? No, I have a job and things to do, I'm too busy to ponder 24/7. Maybe she should join a secular charity (to avoid more pondering on the faith that is clearly causing some cognitive dissonance now that one of her own children has "stepped out of line") as a volunteer or something, jussayin'. I don't care how much you stare at your own navel, it will eventually stink and need washing so you might as well get on with life and do something instead of contemplating your own little self. No, Becky, another word salad of a newsletter doesn't count. There are plenty of LGBTQ+ organisations that need a helping hand a few hours a week. Quit the proselytising mode, just go do whatever task they're delegating to you. Fold some pamphlets, mail things out, prepare care parcels, clean the kitchenette, etc. It helps society and the mind.

Check out Becky’s latest “I had to make a decision between A and B and my husband voted A and I wanted B so I prayed and involved my parents and God and magically I chose A” Instagram post.
Her “word salad”, to quote a fellow Pea, gives me a headache.
I make decisions everyday. My fiancé and I make joint decisions everyday (sometimes every hour!). I make decisions at work or with my ex-husband or with my kids, and I don’t consult a bunch of people and write a five paragraph Instagram post about it.
Is she simply proselytizing or does she really believe her grown Instagram followers don’t know how to be efficient decision makers? Her constant preaching is exhausting and I find her to be incredibly insincere.
//rant over. Her Instagram post hit a nerve, clearly. 😂

I really hope that's not it but given past posts fear you are right.

Someone should get this woman a notebook, so she can write all these feelings down privately instead of clogging up the Insta.

And maybe for 20% off? 😝

I haven't looked at the story, but the more she says "we really made the right decision, God wanted this for us, we really love it here, I'm so glad we made this move," etc. it makes me wonder who she's trying to convince - the audience, or herself? I have a pretty strong guess.

Did her husband transfer or get a new job there?
She is so exhausting with all the words. Does she talk like this in real-life or just wax poetic for the gram?

It makes me sad to read her posts. She seems very lost and confused, and I think she is reaching out on social media because she is lonely. I hope she does right by Claire, even if it means going against the teachings of her church and possibly her parents. I don't enjoy reading vague or mysterious posts on anyone's social media accounts; they seem to be cries for attention.
I miss the days when I looked to her for scrapbook inspiration. I still have her "Sketches" books even though I no longer refer to them. I don't know if she has anything to offer the scrapbooking community anymore.

So that’s where “ponder” came from??
She uses other words/phrases that irritate me—could make a bingo card with these—one or more shows up every time she preaches.

Thanks for getting that song stuck in my head. I didn’t even click the link, just seeing the title did it for me. 😂

Curiosity is getting to me, where did she move to again? I only ask because we are starting to plan our next UT trip. To visit DD who is moving to the Eden area. I would find it waaaay ironic if my next VRBO was in the same neighborhood again, like when I went to AZ.

Actual product update apparently there's an Android update to fix the disaster that was the last update. Finally FFT works again! Nothing new just getting back old features that they broke.
