We all know how quick she is to update things.

My friends that have either left the mormon church willingly or the ones who were excommunicated are all like this. Most of them are very angry that they missed out on learning these things when they were younger because of the church. It truly is sad.

I'm curious if Becky knows Jodi H. The lady who is currently in jail and in big trouble and worked with Ruby from 8 passengers.

Once you spot the bullshit in one religion, you can spot it in ANY religion. The main thing is being able to recognize the level of control.

Yeah that was something I noticed as well. I was also thinking that maybe her house is over priced for the economy/market if she's had it on the market this long and all her offers were low. 

I think there was a thread about Theresa Collins house a few months ago. I searched but nothing came up.

I thought her house was tacky, ornate and gaudy. Way overpriced on my opinion.

I looked at the video and was absolutely shocked. Then I realized I was mixing up TC for Heidi Swapp for a short second. Laughing at myself.

I wasn't surprised by her video. People often think their houses are worth a lot more than what people will pay for them currently. Clearly she's looking through rose colored glasses... haha. Those glasses were a lot!

Well to be 1 million under asking price for my house ( which I’m not yet selling ) would be negative so I’m not even in her league. My house would easily sell for what I paid for it & the roof. Thankfully.

These people with these huge expensive houses need to realize that life changed the last few years. The number of people who both want huge expensive house and can still afford a huge expensive house has shrunk. Less people actually want it and less people who want it can still afford it. They may not get what they want for that house.

But she might also find that the downsized house she wants is way higher priced than she thinks it will be. Due to supply & demand the prices on small homes has gone out of whack. It’s not young people buying a starter home out there buying the 3BR ranches it’s people who are downsizing who luckily did sell their huge expensive house for more than it’s worth & they have money to burn to outbid people for what used to be a starter home.

Good luck Theresa you’ll need it. The real estate market is still a bit crazy.
