I am still waiting for all those "fiscally responsible conservatives" to weigh in on how wonderful trump is with the "so called" tax cuts and what these "fake" tax cuts supposedly did or are doing (hint, it is NOT what trump and the GOP says they are doing)

linkNewsweek.... DONALD TRUMP JR. SAYS NEW YORK TIMES OP-ED COMMITS CRIME OF 'SUBVERTING THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE'
From the article... Donald Trump Jr. lashed out at the anonymous Trump administration senior official who penned an op-ed in The New York Times undermining his father President Donald Trump, saying that “subverting the will of the people” was a crime.“I imagine this is a very low-level person. It’s pretty disgusting. That’s pretty sad,” Trump Jr. told ABC News on Tuesday of the still unknown official who titled the op-ed, “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration.” “Perhaps it’s a disgruntled person who’s been thrown out because they didn’t deliver on what they were supposed to do," Trump Jr. said. "What's the crime, though?" ABC News White House correspondent Tara Palmeri asked. Listen, I think you’re subverting the will of the people," Trump Jr. responded. "I mean, to try to control the presidency while not the president—you have millions and millions of Americans who voted for this." Trump Jr. said he believes there are still trustworthy people within the White House, but “it’s just a small smaller group than I’d like it to be.” “Who do you trust?” Palmeri asked. “Well, you know, I’ll keep that to myself,” Trump Jr. said. When asked if they were not family, the president’s eldest son replied: “Well obviously I’m talking outside of family. I think that one goes without saying.” And you have millions and millions of Americans who voted against this. In fact more voted against then for. Amazing how the trump’s forget this point.

I filled out that survey the other day for Trump and how he is doing. (Not a shocker, it wasn't great.). Today I get an email from Laura Trump asking if we can text. Why would filing out a very negative reply get me on her newest list. She said that I had joined Team Trump. Ugh. I gave them a really old email address that I only use if I think I will get spammed. I guess that just kind of proves that they were expecting everyone who responded to that online survey to respond positively. Well, I got one too............. Thanking me for joining team trump............. yuck!! No I did not!!! It went right to spam.............. ha ha

So I have MSNBC on and either it’s a video or live of trump trying to talk intelligently about the hurricane. Of course I have the tv on mute which I always do. But even that way you can see he is struggling.
He is still calling the relief efforts in Puerto Rico an “unsung success” even though almost 3,000 people died.
Idiot.

(Tweet copied just for the photo.)
Guys, I can’t take the white power sign-throwing speculation anymore.
A thumb and index finger together is an exceedingly common handshape. We all use it when gesturing. We use it to straighten clothing - say, a tie and jacket. And yeah, some even use it when their hands are at rest. Just cuz. (Or, if they’re me, they use a common memory strategy where they hold their thumb against different fingers when listening to remind themselves how many things they want to say/ask/do.)
Hell, we get all excited the first time a baby does it to snare a Cheerio.
In the split second frozen photo above, I could also claim the president is using the American Sign Language sign for the letter “F”...or the number 9...or the sign CHOOSE...or dozens more.
As much contempt as I hold for this man - and many of his minions - there’s not nearly enough information in all these photos making the rounds to fairly determine that these people are doing anything but using their hands to do things that hands do.* If I did, I’d have to expect the same suspicion/clairvoyance in return.
*Including maybe holding a Cheerio. LOL.

LOL. I agree with you about the hand signs. I just don't see any motivation for these folks to be showing a white power sign in these settings. Opposable thumbs are something humans have, and the pinching/grasping motion is exceedingly common. Honestly, if white supremacists wanted a recognizable and unmistakable sign, they should have chosen something else. That doesn't preclude the idea that Trump probably holds, and certain members of his administration certainly hold, white nationalist views. I just think we make ourselves look silly speculating about the possible meaning of a very common hand position. We have plenty of ammunition to use against Trump and his administration with regards to race-based and ethnic policy without jumping to wild speculation. Let's stick with facts.

Tell her you'll be happy to text with her - you've got some things to fill her in on lol. that request (to text) is so that they can get your phone number and start slamming you with their propaganda and advertisements, not only from him, but from those he supports!
I know, but I found it funny that I was very opinionated in my survey and clearly NO ONE read what I wrote. I have responded quite negatively to Trump and NRA emails (nope, can't just delete them) and clearly no one reads anything. It's almost like they love the one that can't stand them.

Kyle Griffin...
“Woodward P. 56-58 Gary Cohn said interest rates would go up. Trump said, "We should just go borrow a lot of money right now, hold it, and then sell it and make money." Cohn was astounded.
Trump kept saying, "We'll just borrow," enamored that they could borrow at the lowest rate.”
He really has no clue does he.

Except, unlike his "when I grow up I wanna be a truck driver" stunt, toda is SUPPOSED to be about a President of the United States of America somberly, soberly recalling the deaths on 9/11 in reverence and compassion.

Yes, I think that saying everyone is using this hand sign to signal "white power" is overblown. That hand sign is also an emoji for "OK"! I used it the other day in a text, and then I was like, OOPS, what is that hand sign really saying?! LOL! And some people also count to 3 on their fingers and they end up with this hand sign.

Kyle Griffin...
“Woodward P. 231 Trump would seek opinions from anyone around him. Cabinet officials or security guards.
He once asked his 27-year old body man, Johnny McEntee, if he should send more troops to Afghanistan.”
"It doesn't make any sense to me," McEntee said.”
Oh goody. Just what you want to hear.

It's not Trump, it's the Stephen Miller-esque crowd in the White House. And it's not really a white power sign, it's a 4Chan troll effort to own the libs and make us think it's the new white power sign. Basically, it's just the deplorables being deplorable to own us.

“ I vote every time,” Trump said confidently. “I’ve voted every time since I was 18, 20 years old.”
Something that jumped out at me: 18? 20? But the 26th amendment, lowering the voting age to 18, wasn’t ratified until 1971, seven years after Donald Trump turned 18, five years after he turned 20. Okay, muddy waters; maybe he first voted in 1967 at age 21.... ...but I googled: He first registered to vote in 19 87 when he was 41 years old. What a ding dong he is.
