Team Challenge #2: Memoribilia. myboysnme asked me to post this as one of the September challenges: Memorabilia challenge - this challenge is to use memorabilia on your page. Memorabilia is different than ephemera for this challenge. Memorabilia could be anything from a ticket stub to a brochure, or a report card or letter, or an addressed envelope. It doesn't even have to be paper. You could use a key on a house or vacation page, or part of a shoe lace on a soccer page. Just think about what elements you have that help tell the story of your photos. PS: No pictures? Just use memorabilia to make a page, like that college acceptance letter or a newspaper article, or even that atrocious medical bill you got from an ER visit!

#16 Donna challenge, a separate challenge here. Do either a Donna LO or do the equation challenge which this month is, a white background, doodling and a one word title. Take 1 point if you do the 'equation challenge', you must use all 3 of the equation bits on your creation. Take 5 points for a Donna LO because it's a special LO so I think it's worthy of 5 points.

#23 - Feed me! - subjects involving food - the family-at-the-table-for-Thanksgiving photo; the chocolate ornaments you put on the tree; the time you went out with friends for a meal, your baking habit/hobby, a favourite family recipe, ice cream in the summer, your dog devouring the garbage. Doesn't have to be specifically about food, but how eating impacts our lives!

#24 Challenge-Pea Superstar! This challenge encouraged me last month to try more challenges even if out of my normal habits. A few CRAZY but AMAZING peas did accomplish this last month (I was 4 challenges short). So - if you complete ALL THE CHALLENGES you get bonus points equal to the NUMBER OF CHALLENGES WE END UP WITH - rounded up! (eg. Last month was 50 bonus points with close to 50 challenges. So if this were the last challenge posted for the month you'd get 30 bonus points)

#30 Other Crafts - This challenge is for sewing, knitting, or any other type of crafting, other than cards/layouts/PL. Are you working on school room decor, home decor, flower arrangements? This is the place to be.
The points for this challenge are 1 hour of sew/craft time = 1 point plus if you spend 1-3 hours on your project, take an extra 1 point for the finished item. If you spend 4-6 hours on your project, take an extra 3 points for the finished item. If you spend 7+ hours on your project, take an extra 5 points for the finished item.
*ETA* Give yourself .5 point for each hour you spend teaching someone else these crafty skills. Yeah, I might be teaching my dd sewing at the moment. We're also hoping to start acrylic painting this month.
