Eh up ducks! I have three versions for you, traditional 12 x 12-inch, 8.5 x 11-inch page and a 4 x 6-inch pocket card (portrait style) that could easily be adapted to make a greeting card. The 12 By 12The Page Size and Pocket Card If you use Photoshop you can download the templates from Dropbox here - 2Peas Sketchtember023.zip The download also includes JPG images of the sketches. Here's one I made earlier...
No amusing photos of my husband this time, he's not been remotely funny in the last two weeks I replicated the page for the 8.5 x 11-inch version and the pocket card. Supplies: - Papers, word art quote, stitching and ribbon bow from Little Discoverer by Anita Designs. (This kit is no longer available but Anita Designs can be found at The Digital Press.)
- Fonts used are Impact (for the title) and Open Sans (the date).
Let's twist again...How are you doing with the twists? I have managed a few twists for the extra 5 points, usually by accident! There's only another week to go for Sketchtember and a little points boost might be welcome. My twist once again - there's no special requirement at all. You can claim the extra 5 points for simply using my sketch in whatever way you like. I hope you enjoy the sketch, good luck and keep up your marvellous work for this final week!

Well this one will definitely be a challenge although I'm thinking that circle could be really cool in vellum or just stitched. Love your pages JaneB. I'm a big fan of good word play so I love your title and the colours are lovely.

Oh, I really like this sketch JaneB, thanks! I need to attack the "monochromatic challenge" (not my strong point ) and I like your inspiration for that! Beautiful blue and paper/stitching textures in yours!

JaneB thanks for the great sketch! Looking forward to seeing how I can incorporate the giant circle (i.e. will I pull out the circle cutter or am I too lazy??). your page with all the neutrals and then the bright pop of the title is awesome! (love that punny title btw). Love the quote and stitching detail and that cute little bow! And I hope you’re taking a point for grammadee’s challenge about scrapping the back of someone

AWESOME sketch and page, JaneB! And the template is a wonderful bonus. Love the punny title too. Not sure what I will do with this, but it has my mind going... I am thinking a big sun for one of my Florida pages, maybe?

Does this look anything like your sketch, JaneB? I really did start out thinking I would put a giant sun behind the photos, but then I unearthed a creation by audreykit I had printed from the Gallery a few weeks ago and had been wanting to try with my summer kits from Scrapbooking Fanatics, and... typhoon Lagoon by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I am totally claiming 5 points for this, plus any other points I can unearth from the challenges. In fact, before I add up points, I am going to throw some sequins at this, just because...

I made simple cards using your sketch JaneB - I had to move the circle because my circle punch is smaller and I was too lazy to fire up the cricut

For this sketch I chose a lovely photo of my daughter on her 20th birthday last year. I used the 'Days of Our Lives' kit by Lindsay Jane.

grammadee that is bloomin' gorgeous! That torn paper looking like sand, the blue for sea, the twine - it's just fantastic Linda great cards. I do sometimes wonder as I sit making all kinds of shapes in Photoshop, which is os easy, whether it's as easy with actual paper! I must remember to put this sketch in my own folder of card templates AussieMeg the photo of your daughter is super. The kit is lovely, those flowers are so pretty. And I'm thinking " Hmm, I should have thought about making the paper at the bottom into more layers, that looks so good..."

grammadee I love how you turned the circle into sunrays and the torn edges on your sand are perfect. Linda your cards are lovely, I really like the patterns on the red and black one, but the mix of blues on the others are beautiful too. AussieMeg your title card says it all. I love the colours and the floral cluster. Lovely!
