80 is too many. I cannot organize myself to get points with so many challenges. It is overwhelming me. Actually 50 is too many.

80 is too many. I cannot organize myself to get points with so many challenges. It is overwhelming me. Actually 50 is too many. first cross off the ones you know you'll never do. then reorganize them; maybe group all the supply/product challenges together (enamel dots, wood, sequins) or the themes (halloween/fall, christmas, birthday) or photo challenges (use an old photo, a new photo, 2 photos, 5 photos), etc. or you could just not do any of them

See I love 80 challenges, the more the better cause for me that means more that might fit for me. Unfortunately we can't please everyone and I'm sorry the challenges aren't fitting for you myboysnme. It's definitely meant to be fun and not stress that's for sure!

You create a lot of pages at once myboysnme and it must be overwhelming to “do the paperwork” of sharing and then counting up points. I find it easier to add the points for a few pages at a time. I use a scratch chart with the sets of pages I am calculating for at the top. I use MDscrapaholic ’s printable list, and write only the challenge numbers that apply to at least one of the sets on the left, and count points for each in the columns. Some people use JaneB ’s point calculator. I would use JaneB 's spreadsheet if I were more techy, but sadly I am not, so my paper & pencil method will have to do. stinkerbelle ’s suggestions look like a great way to divide and conquer too. Good luck!

Honestly I pick out a few that really speak to me and work on using those. I usually scan through the list once I've done a page to see if I can pick up any extra points but I can imagine that's not going to work for some of our more prolific scrappers like myboysnme. Since the points are just for fun could you just pull out the few challenges you think you're most likely to do and just not worry about whether your pages meet any other challenges?

Like you I see the list and it completely overwhelms me. And then I read them with all the inventive titles and the reasons why people have submitted the challenge and have a little smile.
I also do what stinkerbelle says - concentrate on the challenges I know I can do and ignore the rest. Rectangles and/or squares are often the only points I get for my 6 x 8 photobook pages.
Then there are the months like this one where it wouldn't matter how many challenges there are because I've only been able to make one page so far.

just not worry about whether your pages meet any other challenges? Yes, I can do this. But being on a team I try to get as many points as possible. That is where I get overwhelmed. I think skipping a month will let me get back in later on with a new approach.

I think skipping a month will let me get back in later on with a new approach. We are all skipping team challenges in December. There will be some small daily challenges you may choose to play along with, but because you are a batch scrapper you may not find them as fun as the people who wake up looking for something new to do. How many pages do you typically complete in a month? If you claim a point for creating each page + a point for sharing, and if you choose just TEN challenges you can meet on every one (rectangles is a sure one, but there are several more you might choose), then for 100 pages, you would earn your team 1200 points. That's more than most of us get, and it would be easy to keep track of for you. Then you can add on a few extra points for pages that are a little different and may meet some additional challenges.
