We grabbed takeout tonight. DH is traveling for work so it's just DS and me. I fall too easily off the wagon when DH is traveling so I need to get myself organized with easy, quick meals for the two of us.

scrapmaven asked me to pass along the word that she is still waiting for her surgery, due to emergencies. She’s supposed to have it done later tonight now. Poor scrapmaven and that poor doctor, too! cadoodlebug , can you add an update to the OP and the thread title, please? ETA many thanks for all the well wishes for my oral surgery. It went fine.

Would you believe that I'm in pre-op? Surgery will happen sometime late tonight. The good news is that the doc is convinced he can do a laparoscopy. Montannie, I'm so sorry that you're prepping. By now you'll have ingested liquid death and are at the busy stage. I wish you an easy day tmw with normal results. FYI, the procedure is cake. You'll be snoozing and won't feel a thing. lucyg, I'm sorry that you had oral surgery. I wish you had let me know. I hope everything is ok. Poor you. Thank you tribe for your concern. I'm going to ping Lucy tmw, but sounds easier than I thought. |

Hope all goes well for you, scrapmaven. My mom is declining more rapidly and will be going into hospice (or having hospice help her...however it’s supposed to be said..I don’t know the vocabulary for it). It sucks. |

Pharmacy did not have my anti-swelling Rx in stock, so I have to go back tomorrow for that one.  |
