This is America’s hidden war in Syria.”

Arron Rupar... ”FOX & FRIENDS: What do you know about the 7-year-old girl who died in Border Patrol custody? @secnielsen: "This is just a very sad example of the dangers of this journey. This family chose to cross illegally... I cannot stress [enough] how dangerous this journey is." “A girl died of dehydration in Border Patrol’s custody. DHS hasn’t said if she was given water.” A 7 year old girl, who not had anything to drink for a couple of days, was picked at the Southern Border with her father and put in detention. 8 hours later the little girl stated having seizures and died at a hospital. The question no one can seem to get a straight answer for, in that 8 hour period, were the detainees given water or food? Some have said that even if she had been given water during theb8 hour period it still would have too late. I get a lot of people don’t like the idea these folks are making a run across our Southern border, but once in our custody they should be treated like human beings and not less than human. It’s a disgrace and a terrible reflection on this country and we should be better than that. I would tell Nielsen that many of us DO recognize how dangerous the journey is. The fact that people think that is the best option they have says a lot. And it isn’t that they don’t care for their kids, are stupid, or criminals. It says that they are in a situation that is even worse than the journey.

Newsweek... “Trump accuses Fox News of always giving him "bad polls" in Harris Faulkner interview” From the article.. “President Donald Trump accused Fox News of always giving him “bad polls” during an exclusive interview with Harris Faulkner on Outnumbered Overtime today. During the Thursday interview, the host and anchor raised the latest Fox News polls which showed the president’s approval rating at 46 percent. “Look at the new Fox poll today which has your approval rating at 46 percent which is just a couple of ticks off of your highest point in Feb…,“ Faulkner said. “It’s higher than Obama,” Trump interrupted. “You know it’s higher than Obama.” Faulkner goes on to ask the president to react to the “still below 50 but 46 percent approval.” “I think it’s amazing because I only get bad news. I only get bad stories. Look at the paper, it’s all nonsense,” Trump continued. “When I open up China, like I’m doing right now, no one reports it… It’s on the front page now of the Wall Street Journal, but it won’t be a big story on NBC or ABC or CBS and CNN won’t even cover it. It’s total fake news.” Later in the conversation Trump accuses Fox News of “lousy” polls, prompting a surprise reaction from Faulkner. The news and the polls are really fake but I have the greatest base in history, because the 46 and 48 percent, those people they never waver... Frankly Fox has always given me a bad poll. I don’t know why that is because they’ve treated me fairer than most,” the president said. “But the polls have always been lousy." So insecure. Haaaahahahaha they must not even let him see the "real" polls, if Fox upsets him that much.

This from the Daily Beast.. “Melania Trump: Journalists are "opportunists" using Trump name to "advance themselves" Prompted this response from Paul Waldman... ”She considers REPORTING on the president and the first lady to be "using the Trump name," as though journalists ought to pay her a royalty fee for the privilege.” Its becoming clearer that Melania and trump are alike in many ways. Compelled to speak about Melania once again. I've always believed (from when she first appeared with Trump as his new love interest) that there was something really "off" about this relationship. She got here on a phony Visa. She was paired off with Trump relatively quickly. I felt like she was a Russian operative. I still do! At best, she's just someone who wormed her way here on a false Visa, planted roots with Trump, and he began to have ties with Russia for his loans, etc. (the U.S. caught on and stopped bailing him out), and she's in it for branding herself.
Not sure if she'll go back to Russia when she's done with her mission here, but that's the vibe I get. She's in this until she's sure that the jig is up. She's never been the nice, warm, fuzzy person that people want to believe she is. ANYTHING next to him will seem decent in comparison, but I don't believe that she is, at all!
Now that's one heck of a theory!!!! And even though I know the ramifications of it would be awful for the world, I would silently feel glee if it turned out to be true.

From the Mueller Teams court filing to answer Flynn’s contention that he should be given no jail time because the FBI didn’t tell him what would happen if he lied to the FBI during the interview..
”The defendant chose to make false statements about his communications with the Russian ambassador weeks before the FBI interview, when he lied about that topic to the media, the incoming Vice President, and other members of the Presidential Transition Team. When faced with the FBI’s questions on January 24, during an interview that was voluntary and cordial, the defendant repeated the same false statements. The Court should reject the defendant’s attempt to minimize the seriousness of those false statements to the FBI.” -1-
The main takeaway is Flynn chose to lie.

Is this guy spoofing or did he really worth for them? I've been looking him up for a few hours and he seems to be legit. If so, my head is spinning! I always knew that stupid Mark Burnett had the goods on Trump with the Apprentice footage (and I assumed it was all racial and sexual stuff), but I'd NEVER guess this other stuff. TOTALLY makes sense. Quite a few people mentioned that he seemed to be 'high' on something...... Addictions run in families, ESPECIALLY in sons of addicts/alcoholics.

Federal judge in Texas strikes down Affordable Care ActBy Ariane de Vogue and Tami Luhby, CNN Updated 9:40 PM ET, Fri December 14, 2018 (CNN) A federal judge in Texas said on Friday that the Affordable Care Act's individual coverage mandate is unconstitutional and that the rest of the law must also fall. The invalidation of the landmark health reform law throws into doubt the health coverage of millions of Americans on the Obamacare exchanges and in Medicaid expansion. More than 4 million people have already signed up for 2019 coverage on the exchanges, and millions more are expected to pick plans before open enrollment ends Saturday. The ruling, which is certain to be appealed, also wipes away the Affordable Care Act's protections for those with pre-existing conditions, which became a focal point of the midterm elections and helped Democrats take the House. "The Court ... declares the Individual Mandate ... unconstitutional," District Judge Reed O'Connor wrote in his decision. "Further, the Court declares the remaining provisions of the ACA ... are inseverable and therefore invalid."The case against the ACA, also known as Obamacare, brought by 20 Republican state attorneys general and governors, as well as two individuals. It revolves around Congress effectively eliminating the individual mandate penalty by reducing it to $0 as part of the 2017 tax cut bill. The Republican coalition is arguing that the change rendered the mandate itself unconstitutional. They say that the voiding of the penalty, which takes effect next year, removes the legal underpinning the Supreme Court relied upon when it upheld the law in 2012 under Congress' tax power. The mandate requires nearly all Americans to get health insurance or pay a penalty. The Trump administration said in June that it would not defend several important provisions of Obamacare in court. It agreed that the zeroing out the penalty renders the individual mandate unconstitutional but argued that that invalidates only the law's protections of those with pre-existing conditions. These include banning insurers from denying people policies or charging them more based on their medical histories, as well as limiting coverage of the treatment they need. But the administration maintained those parts of the law were severable and the rest of the Affordable Care Act could remain in place. Still, President Donald Trump immediately celebrated the ruling via Twitter and said Congress must now act. "As I predicted all along, Obamacare has been struck down as an UNCONSTITUTIONAL disaster! Now Congress must pass a STRONG law that provides GREAT healthcare and protects pre-existing conditions. Mitch and Nancy, get it done!" Trump wrote. He later added, "Wow, but not surprisingly, ObamaCare was just ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL by a highly respected judge in Texas. Great news for America!" Because the administration would not defend the law, California, joined by 16 other Democratic states, stepped in. They argued that the mandate remains constitutional and that the rest of the law, in any event, can stand without it. Also, they said that eliminating Obamacare or the protections for those with pre-existing conditions would harm millions of Americans. ** Whole lot more at link: www.cnn.com/2018/12/14/politics/texas-aca-lawsuit/index.htmlPre-existing etc....... there will be an appeal.

Rep Joe Kennedy III..
”They tried to repeal it through Congress. They failed over 60 times.
They tried lawsuits to the Supreme Court. They failed twice.
They tried to undermine it administratively. They failed again.”
”They found one judge to agree, and now Medicaid expansion could be gone, preexisting condition protections could be wiped out, prices skyrocket and millions lose insurance.
And they call that success.”
“Remember the millions of voices they ignore, the election they forget and the countless lies they told over this campaign. Remember every one of them.”
Once again a reminder, elections have consequences.

Legacy of Jerry Brown "When Mr. Brown took over from Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger, the state had a $27 billion deficit and was considering auctioning buildings for cash. The new governor soon issued a historic veto of a budget passed by legislative Democrats that relied on borrowing and higher taxes; he called its projections unrealistic and warned that “very strong medicine must be taken.” Mr. Brown slashed social services, cut programs for the poor and scrapped redevelopment agencies. He also went all-in on a 2012 initiative that primarily raised income taxes on the state’s highest earners, convincing state voters to pass it by a margin of 55% to 45%... As the state’s economy improved and revenue poured in, Mr. Brown increased spending on schools and health care but resisted calls to return welfare spending to its prerecession levels. He prioritized paying debts from past recessions and campaigned for another ballot measure: a “rainy day” fund to hold some of the state’s surpluses in reserve. It passed in 2014." He took over from Arnie w/a state deficit of $27B. Leaving w a state reserve of $16B www.wsj.com/articles/the-mixed-ledger-of-jerry-brown-11544803128Tax the wealthy. They reap all the benefits of productivity, tech and automation. They need to plow some of those trillions back into the economies that enable those massive fortunes to be made.
