let me know when they’ve picked a spot; then he can take credit for it. Until then it’s just a plan. And if they haven’t even picked a state yet there are a lot of negotiations yet to go. Also IF it happens that will be one not steel plants opening all over the place. AND renovating steel plants to further automate them isn’t being steel jobs back to the US it’s cutting jobs.

At the end of September, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there were 7 million job openings in the United States.
The problem isn’t that there aren’t any jobs, the problem is the jobs and type of jobs are not always were the people are that need them most.
So trump can tout “jobs jobs jobs” all day long but if they are not the type and in the areas that need them most then what has been accomplished?

Good news if it is built. No plans until 2020, over two years away.

Ben Wikler...
“BREAKING—as in breaking democracy: a truly shocking & naked power grab underway in Wisconsin. Dems won every statewide race this Nov. Now, the GOP unveiled sweeping bills to straightjacket the Gov & AG, stomp on early voting, & lock in power on state Sup Court. Votes THIS TUE. 1/“
This is what the GOP has become, a power grabbing petty bunch of individuals who’s only goal is keeping power and if they should lose it, then they do their best to make sure they other guys are “straightjacketed” until they get power back.
This was going on long before trump came on the scene and could very well do more damage to our country then anything trump does.

trump...
“I was very much looking forward to having a press conference just prior to leaving Argentina because we have had such great success in our dealing with various countries and their leaders at the G20....
However, out of respect for the Bush Family and former President George H.W. Bush we will wait until after the funeral to have a press conference.“
What am I missing here? Why would it be disrespectful to 41 for trump to hold a press conference?

trump again...
“President George H.W. Bush led a long, successful and beautiful life. Whenever I was with him I saw his absolute joy for life and true pride in his family. His accomplishments were great from beginning to end. He was a truly wonderful man and will be missed by all!”
I wasn’t aware trump spent anytime with President Bush. In fact someone released a quote he gave when he said he had voted for Hillary. He said he didn’t know much about trump but knew he was a blowhard.

I think he is trying to get an invite this time to Bush-41’s funeral. He has been excluded from 2 other high power funerals. I think he just doesn’t want to be humiliated a third time. ETA: I just read in the WAPO that he has been invited to the funeral. Now, if he just doesn’t try to make it all about him.

OMG. Check out this clip of Trump stranding the Argentinian President on stage. At :16 he can be heard saying, “Get me out of here.”
Listen to the audience laughing as some staffer crosses the stage to retrieve him, as the most powerful man in the world dodders off stage like the bumbling idiot he is.

I’m generally not the type that wishes for or celebrates prison sentences. I’m generally not either but Trump has deserved prison for a good couple of decades. What he did to people in Atlantic City was truly criminal. It’s not like I’ll ‘celebrate’ with cheers or anything But more like relief or closure. Something that should have happened a long time ago. Now if Jared goes to prison and his cel has holes, mice, bugs, loose windows, liquid dripping from the unit above & plumbing issues I’m pretty sure I’ll crack a smile or a small inner ‘yeah’
Unfortunately I’m pretty sure the prisons are in better shape than that. (bold mine) My post was actually about Donald Trump Jr. Jared Kushner? His family is shady, and I wouldn’t be gobsmacked if it’s found that he’s been involved in some campaign/presidential shenanigans, but he never actually actually says anything in public, so I don’t have the same twitch reaction. He’s probably done himself a favor, public perception wise, by staying in the background. Who know how that stealth schtick would work in prison...

Yep, that was my first thought, except I instead of being cute, it's an embarrassment.

trump on the 29th.. “General Motors is very counter to what other auto, and other, companies are doing. Big Steel is opening and renovating plants all over the country. Auto companies are pouring into the U.S., including BMW, which just announced a major new plant. The U.S.A. is booming!” Robert Maguire... “Lost in the Cohen hubbub yesterday, Trump tried to take credit for "a new major plant" he said BMW had announced. Except, BMW hasn't announced a plant, only floated the idea. A friend who works in the industry just pointed out: BMW has been considering this since at least 2013.” I wondered about that and know we know. Everything Trump says I google for the truth. Trump announces something - google proves that is a lie. Every time he says something. Never in history has there been such a pathological liar elected to office, and so many people who blindly believe his appalling lies.

But what he put tenants thru in Maryland was horrible. He deserves every lack of maintenance he gave them.

Trumponomics will catch up to us in '19-'20. "When running for president, Donald Trump vowed that no American auto plants would close. “If I’m elected, you won’t lose one plant. You’ll have plants coming into this country,” he said at a campaign rally in Michigan in October of 2016. “You’re going to have jobs again, you won’t lose one plant. I promise you. I promise you.”" "“They can read the crystal ball and see what’s coming,” said Robert E. Scott, a senior economist at the Economic Policy Institute. “This is the chickens coming home to roost on the broader Trump economic policies.” According to Scott, Trump’s trade policies make no sense and his tax cuts have been counterproductive. “The tax cuts are raising the country’s deficits while do nothing to spur investment,” he said." www.politicususa.com/2018/12/02/experts-say-gm-layoffs-are-just-the-start-of-fallout-from-trumponomics.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitterNo shit. You mean letting billionaires keep more of their billions while the homeless die in the street, while children go w/o adequate care, while the elderly go w/o adequate care, while the mentally ill go w/o adequate care, is not good for the economy??!!?? WHO KNEW!?!?!??! Oh, yeah, people like me!!! Who have been saying FOREVER that TRICKLE DOWN IS A CROCK OF SH#(! Money doesn't "trickle down" it "pours out" of our economy to penthouses in Macau and chalets in France and beach villas in Spaln. It funds hookers and blow and disgustingly extravagant lifestyles - not medicine, not teachers, not nurses, not food inspectors. JFC - when will America get this!?!??!??!?!?
