I am recording it. My son and I watch it together...I know he does it to humor me, but I am okay with that. He is out tonight with his girlfriend having a life, so we will watch it together tomorrow. 

DH & I always watch the night after it airs, so we like the change. Sat. night is a better TV watching night for us than Monday night was.

Are DH and I the only ones thinking of the Friends episode where Ross overbleached his teeth every time it shows the dentist team?

Was happy the blondes got sent home...both were too full of themselves. So far, I don't have a favorite. Was the engaged couple on survivor? I don't remember either of them. Yes, the dentists' teeth are blinding. Having the watch compass was a big advantage.

Whitney and Keith were both on Survivor South Pacific. It was the season where Ozzy and Coach were brought in as returnees. It was also the original season for Brandon Hantz and Dawn. Sophie was the winner (and btw she looks totally different now:

Just found it last night by accident. I didn't know the night changed. This is great for us because we are boring and never go out on Friday nights.

Oh I loved when the two blonde real estate girls got eliminated, there's karma for you ! And yes the one firefighter was already in the cab so it wasn't her cab to begin with.

I wracked my brain trying to picture Keith and Whitney on Survivor, I've watched every season .

Love Bethany and her husband, she has such a positive outlook on life.

The wrestling couple didn't really bother me however I think the dentist couple is going to start bothering me .

I was thinking the same thing about how they look. There us something off about their faces other then their teeth. They look artificial, I expect at the check in when they come on last they will rip off their masks and reveal they are actually Brenden and Rachel and yell, "We would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kids!"

I like the food science girls...did you hear how they were being very careful to sight their measurements so they would not deviate off the line? the last few teams were only a foot or two from their treasure chests...they did not line up the measurements carefully. I was glad to see the blonds go..sounded like they had never known failure in their lives...and relied a bit too much on being blond and beautiful.

the dentists look plastic. using a compass is another skill it seems you would brush up on...but then most racers seem to have little in navigation skills or survival type skills.

I also pretty much agree with all that's been said.

I love that this is the 25th season and that they showed the beginning of season 1. Phil looked so young, although he has held up wonderfully! Love him and his little arched eyebrow.

Teams I disliked right from the get-go (although I am ALWAYS willing to be proven wrong) were the wrestlers, the dentists, and the blonde real estate agents. For the most part my impressions have been confirmed.

Angela, you liked the dentists okay?? What?! I usually always see eye-to-eye with you! I cannot stand them. They seem so arrogant and superficial! I will say that I agree with Debbie that it was nice of him to help a few teams. That was unexpected. But other than that, blech!! Quit selling yourself so hard fgs! Just run the race and run it well (as you have admittedly done so far) and let THAT speak for you!

The blondes....yuck! Nasty girls who are used to playing on their looks and finding success. You are not smart (really, you don't know where the sun rises and sets?) and you are not nice. You do not get to yank a pen out of someone's hand and write your name in a spot where they already started their name. Well, I guess you do, because you got away with it. I'm sorry, but when I got the pen back, I would have crossed their names out, finished mine and showed up for the earlier plane. Let the producers decide who gets to be on it. I am soooo glad that they got the opportunity to give it back to them. And again, they weren't just trying to be ultra-competitive; they were actually trying to get in a cab that another team was already in. Not just stealing a cab, but trying to climb on top of them. Wth?? And then she has the audacity to cry about it at the mat. I'll be interested to read how they try to spin it in interviews.

Teams that I like: Bethany and Adam, firefighters, Asian couple, gay couple, and the women cyclists. I'm sure there are more but those stick out. I would love to see the cyclists do well because I would love to see a strong female team win--that's happened so rarely.

Whitney and Keith were on Survivor South Pacific. That was the season where Coach and Ozzie were brought back and each tribe got one of them. Keith and Whitney's tribe got Ozzie. John Cochran was also on that tribe and felt that Keith and some of the other guys mistreated him. Their treatment of Cochran is what made him turn on his original tribe after the merge and be taken under Coach's wing. I remember Whitney telling him that he disgusted her or made her sick, something like that. The funny part is that Whitney was married (newly married I believe) but kept calling her husband her boyfriend. Something started up between her and Keith on the island and then she divorced her husband.

Oh, and I remember all this because I've actually rewatched some of the old Survivor seasons (that's how big of a fan I am--or how pathetic).
