Righter, which launches later this month, is meant as an amorous safe space, but only for those who back the president. yes, i see the potential here to "make (other) dating sites great again"... it must be tough out there for them now... this is certainly going to be a welcome addition for single trump supporters. how do you bring it up?? when do you bring it up?? looking for that slight body shift or eye glance down to the left when you make your "pro-trump" announcement on a date with a new partner with whom you feel an attraction. which is somehow worse than a blunt "are you serious?!?!" as a response.  |

I have noticed lots of Americans include something like “not a Trump supporter” on their profiles... but I cannot recall ever seeing anyone admit they are a supporter. Kinda scary these people now have an easy way to hook up and breed some super-deplorable generation.

OK out of curiosity I went searching for specialized dating sites.I thought maybe this was unique in the genre. There are so many "like minded" dating sites they are almost too numerous to mention.
There are dating sites for people of the same religion, same hair color, same diseases, certain age requirements, gender requirements, skin color requirements, there are dating websites for people looking for people that share the same disabilities. There are also several dating sites dedicated to political leanings or specific politicians. I saw one called trumpsingles in the google search so these guys aren't even offering anything new.

I could be wrong and I probably am, but I can't help but to think the men would far outweigh the women on this app. But when I look at the percentage of white women who voted R in Georgia, I'm disappointed but not surprised. I keep picturing fake, overly made-up women like Tomi Lahren (sp?).

If there was a "I hate conservatives" dating app then it would be totally ok, of course.
Does not affect me even a little bit either way. If someone wants to date someone like themselves, why is it a big deal that they can find each other easier?

don't particularly care, but the fact that they said they'd throw you off the site if you're really a liberal is a bit out there, isn't it? I mean, really- "100% truthful all the time" isn't exactly the mantra of anyone posting a profile on a dating website, after all.

Eh, I don't have a problem with it. I'm not on the market, but if I were, I would think it would be helpful to find a group that had some of my same big beliefs. (Or in this case, would help eliminate some of the people who I'd have fundamental disagreements with.)
Calling it "an amorous safe space" is more than a bit snowflaky, though.
