We talk about a lot of the other kits but I don’t hear much about FYC. Just thought I’d start a thread. Did anyone get the January kit? I just ordered it. Never gotten a FYC kit before, so I’m interested to see the print quality. Everyone seems to rave about their customer service. shop.feedyourcraft.com/products/moments-focused-kitIt’s not cheap, but the stamp is larger and I do like that you get all the digitals, since I do use those frequently.

Honestly - if the physical kit would come without the stamp, I would be a long-term subscriber. I don't stamp and since the kit isn't cheap to begin with, I cant justify just having the stamp laying around every month. I could get the digital but really I don't want to print my own cards.
So here I sit...

It’s more money than I’m willing to pay for the physical supplies. I rarely use digital. The most I would pay for the physical contents I see there would be $15.00 plus $2-3 shipping.

Their cards are nice and bright and a really nice weight and I've always had excellent customer service from Elise. The finish is a little different than I expected - slightly slick but that hasn't given many any issues and it does result in really crisp clean printing. I have barely used any of the stamps I've bought though. I'm not actually scrapping with the kits for the most part (I only scrap for DD and I didn't use the stamp at all) so yeah, I'd prefer to skip the stamps when I buy.

I'm a total reverse of you guys! I like FYC stamps!! If I could afford to buy one every month I would! lol! I'm using Happy Planner for memory keeping, stamps gives it more character in my opinion

I love her kits and Elise is super nice! I think it's a good value if you use the stamps and I like that you get the digital included with the full kit so you can print more cards if you want. Her shipping prices are very reasonable too.

I can't say enough about Elise. She truly CARES about her customers and her kits. I still remember there was a digit missing, I think it was a zero, from a new stamp set so she just reduced the price automatically. It was a super tiny number in the set, too, not even a "main" part of the stamp. Nobody had to call her out or argue or lay roses at her feet, she just did it because she felt it was the right thing to do.
I like the quality of her cards and stamps. I've never had a problem stamping or writing on them. Having the digital is a huge bonus, too.
People like to whine about CS and how all the companies are closing, but there's still some good ones. FYC is a true small business and is totally worth supporting.

I’m with everyone on Elise’s customer service. Excellent. I picked up a few kits last year and also the January kit. I’m always in the lookout for good “in between” cards - ones that will fill gaps in between my subscription cards. These fit the bill.
I’m happy to support small businesses and don’t expect them to offer products at a price that wouldn’t keep them afloat.

It's funny everyone wants the kit without the stamp, I just want the stamp! I am trying to be good and not purchase it because I really don't need any more stamps or cards... but I feel like it would be such a fun and versatile stamp to use (Geralyn's stamps always are).

I love Geralyn’s designs, but I know I wouldn’t use the stamps for this kit as I already have ones similar. I wish the digitals weren’t so expensive as I would like to buy them, but the cost seems high compared to other digital sets.
I hope they continue the partnership.

Thanks for the offer, but I have a local friend who offered the same thing and I am trying to be good and said no because I really don't need any more stamps... I don't use all the ones currently in my stash :/

(I don't want anything else, just the stamp😊).

Three days later, I have my kit in hand.
I actually think the cards are less shiny than Kelly Purkey's. Or at least the shine on them is something I can write on, whereas the KP ones are significantly slicker and only take special pens.
I think I'd use just about every card in the kit, which is unusual, for sure.

I echo what everyone has said. Elise is absolutely lovely. I'm always amazed how quickly she ships. I wish she'd do more embellishments, I love her stuff so much. I love that I get both the digital and the physical product.

I can imagine with the lack of SB companies, it's hard for her to find someone who can make the embellishments for them.

Love the IACB kit and the stamps designed by Elise. I’ve been wanting a forecast stamp since forever, we’ll since missing KP’s forecast stamp set.

I picked up the IACB kit. They have a 10% discount code Feb2019 valid for today only. I hummed and hahed about picking up the kit, as I have Ali's Home stamp - but its sufficiently different for me to get it, plus I like the mix of stamps in IACB. "My favorite spot" + "Right where I want to be" + "My Happy Place" + "Around here" is going to get a ton of use for travel. Getting the digital kit included too is fantastic. I got the IACB kit + the staying in stamp. This entire release was a huge win in my book. My only criticism would be that the two kits were too similar in theme, plus the extra home stamp, that it would really be a lot of "home" stories to use it all. I opted for the IACB kit because, although Brandi's designs are always beautiful, I find them difficult to use.

I got the IACB kit, and the weather stamp. I loved the staging in stamp, too, and would have gotten it, but then I fell for the stamp in the IACB kit, and got that instead. I have Ali's home stamp, too, and felt this one more useable for me. It was an awesome release.

I’m thinking about just getting the digital IACB kit. I like the kit and the stamp but I feel like I’d want to change some of the sentiments on the cards. So I might as well save money and get the digital kit. Of course, seeing Geralyn’s use of the stamp makes me want the physical kit again. http://instagram.com/p/Bt6K5oKjE4L
