We had a 2 hour delay today. Couldn't dig DS's car out of the driveway, so I took him (my first time out of the house since last Thursday!). On the way, there were a bunch of kids (elementary-high school) walking to their schools picking their way through 3 feet of dirty, uneven, slushy snow. A couple of them were walking on the 45 mph road. So dangerous.

I had 2 boxes coming postal service today, I just looked one was delivered, one says no access to delivery location, so which one is it? I also have a UPS package supposed to be delivered to UPS store on Monday, which I knew would be delayed, but it still sits in Redmond. Hopefully it will get delivered there tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Janell My husband is overseas right now but had ordered something from Amazon that was scheduled to be delivered to our house by the Postal Service on Saturday, except we haven’t seen the mail since Thursday. When he checks the tracking on his end it says “undeliverable” . I tried to explain to him that the mail has truly been UNDELIVERABLE! But he asks me if I’ll call them tomorrow to see why it hasn’t been delivered. *bangs head against brick wall I told him no, I would not call the USPS tomorrow (who I’m sure are just overwhelmed right now) to see where his package is, but instead just wait and see if they can actually DELIVER it tomorrow. If I don’t see it by Saturday then I’ll call - maybe . Fingers crossed with you jengels999.

Are you kidding me? Who else woke up to a winter wonderland?
School is on for us, but since my kid drives I told him to wait a few hours when it warms up.
Our district has a bus in the ditch right now, so probably a good choice to keep them home for now.

We are not going to spring. Just a huge wind to dry up all this fing frozen stuff, then right into 90 degree temps.

Tons of snow here AGAIN!!! Okay, the roads are now mainly wet but they were not at 7am this morning when I had to drive my daughter to school. Couldn't make it all the way up our hill on the way back home.
I sent my son with a neighbor and it took them over an hour to get to the high school when it normally takes about 10 minutes!

We had a real mess at my house. Accidents coming down our hil, road closed. I wouldn’t have attempted to come to work but dh had to go north for an important event and pass my work and on the way so I rode with him and we went an alternate route. Everything seems fine now so hopefully that was our last snow hurrah for the year! PLEASE.

It snowed all yesterday in Yakima, but today the sun is out and there should be above freezing temperatures for the foreseeable future. Please for all that is good and holy, I pray we are done.

It snowed here all day yesterday and finally quit around 7 last night. School was on a 2 hour delay this a.m. but now the temperature has climbed into the low 40's and the snow on the roads is melting off. Thank goodness the wind has stopped finally too. So tired of being cold. We need you spring... please show yourself!

We are expecting rain today and 9°C so no more snow unless it gets cold again. We need better weather already. I am tired of this.

It's been coming down pretty hard all morning here in Eastern WA. I'm so glad we got out this weekend and enjoyed the sunshine! We've probably gotten at least 3" so far. We had the second highest amount of snow on record for February and it was just starting to melt, LOL!
