Hi everyone, I don't have the time to individually comment on the last couple of pages here. Sorry. But they are all fantastic layouts. justjac, I do need to say wow! I love your stories/photos always as you know, but I don't think I knew or didn't remember that DH was a volunteer firefighter. Those pages are amazing and some or so dramatic. I am blessed that both dd and her hubby not only take lots of photos but then text them to me to scrap. The first one they sent of this series was the one of the cat hissing and the dog yipping at her and the little guy trying to make the dog look at the phone for the photo. It was their first family selfie of the day. But they made a game of it and eventually got the awesome shot! |

There are so many great layouts getting done this month here! It is motivating to get more of my scrap on!
I already had these photos printed from our indoor sky diving adventure last November. It is perfect for the 28-4-28 Day 21 challenge using the word Fly. This was an absolutely amazing experience, and we bought more time to go do it again even though it is 2.5 hours drive away from our home. The pictures really don't do it justice, but you can't scrap videos! This was done in triplicate, one for our album, one for DS#2 and one for DSD.
Share 1pt, 28-4-28 Day 21 Fly 1 pt, #9 6pts, #22 6pts, #34 title 3pts, #38 6pts, #39 6pts, #41 6pts, #42 6pts, #45 6pts. Total for the production of three double page layouts = 53 points. (There were many corners rounded and edges inked in this process!)

Finished the last 28-4-28 challenge. I was inspired by the OLW thread on the General Papercrafting board. This page earns me the BONUS for completing all 28 challenges.  embrace imperfection by Gramma Dee, on Flickr POINTS: one page created and shared (2). BONUS for 28-4-28 (100). Additional points for challenges #3 (day 28), #4 (s0me tiny hears in the title, #10 (flowers), #25 (selfie), #36 (blues), #42 square page), #47 (one photo). Total: 109 And here is one of the cavasses I finished this week. I am sharing just this one, but there are two more with only slight variations. I will be taking these to my sons' families this next week. Each has the same group photos, but then the specific family photo is of THAT family. Just one point for sharing: I will add up my other points and then multiply by 3. This photo is scary bright, but it was taken in full sunlight, and these will be hanging on walls not so brightly lit. I am finally on the board after months! Whew lol I need to double check points but I think I have 10 for this one. And 9 for the helper one.
