So Chris got voted out and headed to the Edge of Extinction. He was ticked! I hope he gets back in the game because he seemed like a nice guy. There were several members of Joe and Aubrey's tribe that I swear I have never seen before. If I were on Wendy's tribe I would want to ring HER neck for taking the flint, then the chickens. So next week they merge into 3 tribes. I hate when they do that. Yeah, I really liked Wendy until she pulled that crap. I really dislike those type of stunts.

What kills me is half the time they are starving and NEED protein! Her acts are totally selfish. And she seemed so pleased with herself.

Wendy should have gone because of all the stupid chicken talk but I really really really want that crabby Wentworth gone.

If they all join together on EI one by one, at least there will be other players to interact with. For me, the big issue would be being alone out there for a month. There's obviously a camera person there, but I doubt they are allowed to interact much. Why would Keith have hesitated? Do you suppose that was just the editing. Or trying to figure it all out, since they didn't know it was coming. I'd have probably stayed, but would have stood there trying to figure out what was going on. Ah, who am I kidding. I think staying in a motel is roughing it. I'd never be there in the first place! It sounded like he was asking God to give him advice/direction/a sign? I kept hearing the word God as the credits rolled. I know this is from last week, but yeah, that's what he was doing. However, did it not occur to him that this WAS the sign? All the other seasons' players were just done, but here is a chance for you to get back in the game that no one's had before? If only there would have been an obvious visual clue, like a burning bush or something...

But in my experience, God generally doesn’t operate that literally. You are there to play the game. Why wouldn’t you try for a second chance? I just don’t get the hesitation and the pleading with God.

I was really hoping they all went to their own isle.. just to see how long they could take the solitude... and follow a rough trail to get a small scoop of rice.. and have to build fire themselves.. and construct a decent shelter...
That's kinda wht I was hoping for... bummed

Being alone with that person for days on end with nothing to do.

Wendy still annoys the crap out of me. Letting the chickens loose is unforgivable in my book. That older woman at the Edge of Extinction Island would drive me insane. We get it, they voted you out ~ you can make the best of it or be nasty to everyone who arrives. I was glad Joe lived to see another day.

We weren't expecting a two hour episode. My thoughts: - Joe is amazing
- Kelly is annoying
- Warthog is embarrassing himself
- who is Julia? Who is Julie?
- Gavin is pulling his team along nicely, almost as good as Joe
- Aubry!!!!
- Reem needs to be set adrift. I have no doubt the mood and experience at the EOE would be so different without her.
- Victoria is not to be underestimated
I loved, loved, loved that Lesu came back to take second in the reward challenge. It was interesting that both teams at TC had lived with Big Wendie and she was the only one no one talked to in scramble before the second vote. Dalton Ross recap for anyone interested

Not watching until DS comes up for the weekend. We've always watched as a family so we're happy to get to watch last night's episode together. We lucked out this past season and were together at his place for the finale!

Reem has surpassed the hate level that I had previously reached with all other horrid past Survivors and the show is not even halfway over and she is only in one to 3 minutes each time!!!!! She is so toxic and ruining everyone else's experience. She also looks like she could get violet (throw a punch) if her mental state stretches anymore.
Yes, Joe is AMAZING and Kelley is ANNOYING!!! Her digs at David were very character revealing. Not someone that I would admire or respect at all.

Reem is ridiculous. Right when she said "what is that" I said to dh why would she say that out loud. I'm so glad Keith got it after he was basically run over by the other guy (chris? The name escapes me). I was sad to see Wendy go. She was dumb for all the chicken drama but she's always smiling and happy and never mean to anyone. Wardog, who throws worse than a girl, should have gone. What a joke.

She was complaining about David and Wardog yet in one of the challenges (can’t remember if it was reward or immunity) she herself couldn’t pull the pin to release the puzzle piece. Whatever Kelley.

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've been AOL since this season started which is so unlike me. Most of it was because I always watch Survivor with DS and his work schedule has been really busy we've been waiting until the weekends to watch-then I'd forget to come here and post. Just yesterday DS said he's through with this season declaring it "boring as h*ll" so I watched last night alone and I'm able to post today. I have been watching since the beginning of the season. Before the season began I read every person's biography bit they do for Survivor that's posted along with their photos under cast members. Going by that I wrote down 5 cast members names I thought might do well and to watch for. Those names were: Lauren (who found an immunity idol right away and is good at challenges), Victoria (Wow! Wasn't she amazing at strategy when making the plan to vote Aubrey out? I also like what she says during confessionals-she seems like a great strategic player), Chris and Eric (both great athletes, although I think one just got voted out-I get them mixed up) and Aurora (she's an attorney, began on the Kana tribe-don't remember seeing her at all lately). So far I think this season is just okay. I love Survivor so I will keep watching. I hate the Edge of Extinction as far as the possibility of any of them having the chance to get back in the game. I prefer my Survivor old school-when you get voted out, you're out period. I'm very afraid this is leading up to what they did during the Pearl Islands season where they had a tribe of "Outcasts"-everyone who was voted out of the game came back in as a tribe to compete in a challenge. I don't remember if they competed in the challenge against the other regular tribes or if it was just a challenge with themselves. I do remember the result of that challenge was that they got to vote (The Outcasts) on 2 members who would reenter the game and it was someone and the woman who always wore a scout uniform-she even made it to final two. Does anyone else remember this? I think the Survivor producers think we as viewers like Survivor when they come up with all of these new, different, more immunity idols, more hidden rewards, more ways to get people back into the game to spice up Survivor but what they tend to forget is Survivor is perfect just the way it is-we don't need all of that extra "stuff" to make Survivor interesting and watchable. Survivor is unique and different each time it is played (even if it was just played simply as it used to be in the beginning with no immunity idols, no extra "stuff") and that's what makes it so much fun to watch. I've been heavily binging all of the previous seasons on Hulu (first time I've ever watched them again) and man I miss the old Survivor. Back when people won cars, there were no idols to look for, rewards involved things like going to a village or picnic with tribal leaders, some cultural event. For me that's when Survivor really was more fun to watch-wish they'd consider going back to that format. As far as this season, I am enjoying it a bit or I wouldn't watch it. I agree with so many of you about what you have posted. Wendy-what a clueless, annoying, horrible player. Yes, she was a good swimmer but when she pulled that whiny voice going on and on about how chickens deserve to live and then admitted she eats all kinds of meat at home-what a hypocrite! And then she let the chickens go! Oh my gosh I would have been so livid had I been on her tribe. I've been vegan for 5 years and I know how important food is to your fellow tribe-mates-it's crucial! Had I been there I would have not said anything negative against killing the chickens and would have simply walked away while the killing occurred. As far as eating them I don't think I could but I certainly wouldn't have denied my fellow tribe-mates their joy in eating something tasty to them. And did you hear Wendy's comments as she exited? "I'm going to eat cheeseburgers". So much for her promise to her fellow tribe-mates that she was going to be a vegetarian from then on (after she started whining about the chickens) She even told Jeff she'd been a vegetarian for X number of days during tribal council one time. Yeah, we see how long that lasted. I'm glad she got voted out. Aubrey-for some reason I can't put my finger on I've never liked Aubrey. She proved me right when she went around asking each of her tribe-mates the same question and using the same phrasing. "As long as we can dialog". "So I'd like to dialog with you" and on and on. For what it's worth I now hate the word "dialog". I mean, who uses it in everyday conversation? It just sounds weird to me. I say "talking, speaking, conversation, but never dialog. Anyway, she sunk her boat doing that. I think she was playing too hard-I think being a returning player really got to her mentally. Joe is truly amazing-completely agree. I truly hope he makes it to the merge. His team would be total idiots (in my opinion) to vote him off right now because of all he is bringing to his tribe both at camp life and at challenges. Yes, he'd win if he made it to the end but it's a long way until the end. Kelley-I liked her up until this season but now with her latest comments that she made about David my like is gone. And you all are right-she really is annoying. Keith should be spending his time at EOE practicing his swimming-I would be if I was him. Reem-yep agree with you all too. If I was at EOE I'd gag her, tie her up and raise the sail so the boat would come and just take her away. It sure would make camp life at EOE more peaceful. Part of me thinks it's really funny how Kona (not sure how to spell it) keeps winning almost all of the challenges even though the producers did everything they could to break up the tribe with a tribe swap-didn't work out, did it? It's just telling that you can never predict anything in Survivor (although I know inside my brain that the swap was planned for that time before the season started). I do feel very sorry for the team that keeps losing all of the time. I like Lauren and David. Kelley and Warthog not that much. Loved the two hour episode and even though it's been a slow season I can't wait until next week. I think with this post I just made up for not posting all of the previous weeks. I'm sorry it got so long.

Just following along with the comments. Other than Joe and possibly Eric, I’m not finding a whole lot of contestants I’m truly rooting for. I think I hadn’t realized Julia was a contestant until tonight-lol. I was glad to see Wendy go, maybe for entertainment value she was fun to watch, but Aubrey was 100% correct that she’s impossible to play with. When Reem exploded tonight it was like watching the Incredible Hulk transform. She literally had hate emanating from every part of her body. Looking forward to next week.

Haha I had the same thought as to who was Julia?
I liked Wendy but if she couldn’t make a decision she needed to go. I liked her for entertainment value, not sure if i could live with her.
Keith idea to run was smart but I was shocked he did it. Glad they ran after him but wasn’t the purpose of them each having a map was to figure out the clue alone. The anchor totally gave the clue away and I’m pretty sure the others might not of gotten it on their own.
Wentworth needs to go, so does Wardog and Lauren lol!
I was sad to see Aubrey go but she was thinking she was better than others and kind of funny to see her get blindsided by Victoria. She handled it well.
Can’t wait to see how the others will react when the exiled come back!

I agree. Who is Julia? Julie? Where did she even come from? Wendy is the strangest person I have ever met. She reminds me of a young girl I know that has Down's Syndrome and she is the most joyful thing. She doesn't let anything get to her and just rolls along and does what she wants, when she wants without a care in the world. I don't mean that she's inconsiderate, I just mean that every single thing she does brings her joy. That's Wendy. Just a joyful little thing that doesn't always seem to make sense. And how can you get MAD at her? I mean, she's so darned happy about everything she says. LOL Keith was smart to run. But #1 I thought Chris was dumb to have not opened the box and saw that everyone had a note and read his before he took it back to camp. Then he would've had complete advantage. And then I thought maybe there is some sort of rule that wouldn't allow him to do that. And #2 (I forget his name) the guy who figured out the map was dumb to reveal that to the group. He should've played dumb and then went off on his own. I'm anxious to find out who comes back into the game. (Don't want any spoilers, just anxious to watch the next episode and find out.)

I don’t hate this season, but last season was so great, this one is seriously lacking.

So did Keith and Wendy decide to go home after all? Why are they not on the jury? I was totally confused about that too. I was only half paying attention, but I rewound and Keith and Wendy raised the flag together when they got back. And Joe is a big ole baby. I hate a poor sport. He got voted off because he is a threat in immunity challenges, the tribe would have been stupid to keep him around now that they are merged. Sure he could get back in, but he still has to compete against the other players. It isn’t a guarantee he will get back in.
