Do you have a TV in your craft area? Radio?
What do you like to have on when you craft?
I like to have a "marathon" type show on when I'm scrapbooking because I can't actually see the TV but I like to have it on to listen to it. USA, ID, HSN, ION... Criminal Minds, SVU, etc.

We are a one tv family so no tv in my sewing room. I have an iPad Pro and will sometimes watch Hulu Live on it, or view tutorials or Craftsy classes.

I have a tv in my craft room and watch it every night. DH is in our room sleeping for work at midnight and Ds is either gaming or watching sports downstairs. I will usually watch hockey, baseball, forensic files or other true crime shows

I have a tv in my craft room. It is a must. I use it as white noise while I work. I don't like listening to music.

I don’t have a tv but I do have my laptop hooked up to a larger monitor in my craft room and then I have my iPad. When crafting I have to have things on that I only need to listen to. Watching something is too distracting. I can do movies or shows that I have seen before and don’t need to pay a lot of attention to.

A tv would not be conducive to doing something creative for me. I have a blue tooth speaker in my craft room where I listen to something chill with a beat and no lyrics to distract me.

I like to have Monk, the X Files, the week's worth of Days of our Lives that I've recorded or something like that on while I'm working in my craft room.

No, I generally watch something on my Surface or listen to music.

Yes.. but it can't be anything 'new' to me to watch... so Friends/The Office/movies I have seen a million times. It actually helps me concentrate...if it was quite or music I think I would be more distracted.

I don't have a tv, but I do have a computer that I can watch tv on. I prefer to watch Youtube videos when I scrap or work in my green room. I find they help me stay in the mood to keep going.

I play YouTube scrapbooking videos on my iPad while I scrapbook. I’m guessing when I have an actual room I’ll probably have a tv.

I have a TV for my studio but seldom watched it, so we didn’t hook it up in this house. I do have an iPad that I will occasionally have in there. But mostly I listen to music, podcasts, or an audio book. I find I get things done that way, and can easily pause my phone if I need to concentrate.

Technically the TV isn't in my craft room, it's on the other side of the doorway in the living room... My craft room is in the dining room (which is also where the computer lives). I don't usually watch TV while I'm crafting, I listen to music. The TV might be on, but it's someone else watching it, not me. I don't know why but music helps me get into the "flow" and the TV doesn't. Once in a while, I'll have Nicole Jones (her videos are long) going on YouTube instead of music. I pretend she's scrapbooking with me

No I don't have a TV in my study, but I guess if I really wanted to watch something I could watch Netflix on my lovely big PC monitor. But I wouldn't want to watch TV while scrapbooking anyway, because even if I'd seen the show 48 times (like Seinfeld for example) I wouldn't be able to resist stopping what I was doing to watch. I like to keep my hobbies / pastimes separate.

I don't...I would if I could. I enjoy the tv on while I craft so I do it mostly downstairs in the living area. Like a lot of people I like something I've seen more than once.

I also marathon shows that I don’t have to pay attention to. It doesn’t need to be something I’ve seen, but a familiar concept works like L&O or whatever is current running on HandI.

Like others, I like to have something on that I have seen before...I use my computer to stream most of the time. If I am doing something on the computer, i got a tablet stand close to my monitor so I can have something on while I am doing that work.

I do the same, often marathon shows DH has no interest in watching. One way this helps me is that if there is something I have been avoiding, say organizing photos, I tell myself I will do it for the duration of the show and then I can go back to something fun. I actually have a list of things I try to do, a craft cycle. It’s very motivating and helps me keep more on top of less fun things than I would otherwise.

Nope and I like nothing on. I open the window if possible and enjoy the sounds of nature. During the holidays I may play Christmas music from my phone via Amazon music.

I have a tv in my scrapbook room, but it only has streaming services. I love it I binge stuff I have seen before since I am not paying that much attention. Right now I am rewatching Chuck,

Yes, I work in there longer when I have the television on in my room. I usually have HGTV on or I am catching up on dvr'd shows.

We only have one tv and it's not in my craft room. Sometimes I use my tablet to watch videos in there though. I am wondering if I want to find a way to mount it to the wall while I watch. The stand for it never stays up for very long and it's not easy to watch when it's flat on the table.

I wish I did. If I’m traditional scrapbooking I stream something on my computer. Since I’m doing more digital these days, I really wish I had one.
Right now I’ve moved my desktop into the living room so I can watch.

No I don't.
I like the peace and quiet after having the days noise about me. I have a desk top computer so if I wanted any music, movies etc I could turn that on but never it seems that has happened.
