Tonight I’m making chicken Francesca, Israeli couscous and roasting brussels and cauliflower with parsley, garlic, and Parmesan. Oh and a big giant glass of reisling.

Thank you again for the well wishes, everyone. He had a nice birthday, considering it was a school-day Monday AND the day after we spring forward, ugh!

And yes, tuesdaysgone, he does know the dinner tribe ladies wished him a happy birthday, because I told him about it. And he says thank you (okay, with a little prodding).

I did the same thing. Somehow I got distracted. We went out for fish tacos.
