Send it over to stopstealingphotos.com She'll nail her.
People do it constantly, and this is why I watermark my photos (and painting images). Totally against the law, but she'll say it was her assistant or an intern or something and everyone will boohoo the "bad guy" for turning her in.

I didn't know this site existed. I'm very glad to hear that it does. I haven't checked back in today because I was getting a migraine last night when I finished my last post. People do copy photos constantly since it's been made so easy since digital photography came along and the internet. I'm from the era of film photography and we hardly ever had that problem back then. I do believe just because you can doesn't mean you should. It's stealing no matter how you look at it. You didn't create it so you shouldn't steal it. Period. I wouldn't worry about people boohooing the "bad guy" for turning her in-you'll know you are the good person for doing the right thing OP. Just think of how the photographers will feel.

ugh. I don’t have time to read all three pages right now. Maybe this has been answered (rebutted) already. But I saw @dottyscrapper’s post at the top of page 2 and went pretty much batshit.
Copyright laws do NOT only apply to someone making money from someone else’s work. You are not allowed to lift anyone’s art or intellectual property without permission, for any purpose. To make money, to give it away, to post it on the Internet so no one else has to pay for that pattern or design or book, to print it and display it in the privacy of your own home. Doesn’t matter if you credit the creator. It’s not yours to use without permission.
Inspiration is one thing. Parody is one thing. Those are fine.
But using other people’s creative work without permission is stealing, and those who excuse it literally do not know what they’re talking about.

Recipes cannot be copywritten, but unless those images are listed as free content, she's playing with fire. Does she refer to them at all, anywhere? Even in the back? Gah I'd be annoyed to buy a paperback version of Pinterest. The exact wording of a recipe can be copyrighted. But you can use someone else’s recipe if you change the wording. There isn’t much in the way of totally new recipes out there, but it’s always nice to credit where your inspiration came from.
