This photo is of the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne, built in 1880. I took it from the passenger seat of the car, so it's not the best photo.
These photos are from the football last weekend. This is on our way to the MCG: There was a marching band playing bagpipes outside the stadium - so random! They are wearing socks the colour of my football team.

DS filled a hole by the fence today and I said we should plant flowers there. DH surprised me with these. DD woke feeling fine but extreme exercise and anxiety both cause episodes and she did both. I went to talk with her and as I was leaving I caught site of our cat keeping her company

One night the other week we dropped in to see DD at the ice cream shop where she works:
It's school holidays here at the moment, and I took the week before last off work. On one of the days DS and I went to the Pancake Parlour for lunch:
Last weekend we caught up with an old friend of DSO, They live on a big bush block and I took a photo of a kookaburra in a tree in the backyard:
Yesterday DD and I dropped in to see MIL and FIL's new townhouse that they just moved into. They decided to downsize, but the townhouse is 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 4 toilet so I'm not sure it's that much of a downsize to be honest! The removalists had two big containers to move all their furniture and stuff, and DSO said that the second container was full of plants (my MIL loves gardening). Apparently the day before, the whole small backyard was covered in plants. By the time I got there, DSO and BIL had hung all the baskets etc.

A photo of the lake near my house:
DD was house sitting for friends and looking after their two border collies, and we were doggie sitting another friend's cavoodle. DD and I took all four dogs to the football oval to have a run around off lead. What's the saying about never working with children or animals?!?! Talk about impossible to get them to pose for a photo!
DSO bought a new plant and it finally flowered:
Another photo of the lake with the water birds (that you can't really see):
DD dressed up our dog in her football jumper (jersey). Poor boy, he doesn't look happy.

AussieMeg, your doggie in the jersey made me laugh. DD used to put our doggie in shirts and even a tutu once or twice. She wasn't crazy about it either. Now the cat, when he was a kitten would get doll dresses put on him and he didn't seem to mind at all. Happy to be playing. DS on the other hand would get upset over the boy cat wearing a dress. lol. KelleeM, you have a lovely family. gramma, you take amazing sports photos.

How fun! Not playing this month but have some photos to share, mostly of DGD. Of course the first 2 are on Easter, DGD with the basket I had as a child and then one of my son, me and DGD, wearing my baptism dress, cap and socks. She has little antique baby shoes on. I have lost 86 lbs in the past 7 months.
