jeremysgirl, a skirt around it would be cute. I keep saying someday, I'll paint the wood pieces. Mine is tall so I have shelves pushed in underneath so I can't do a skirt. But the functionality is perfect. And your space is cute! So happy to hear you got your scan and cut to work!! Hurray!

I've got a title all cut! I'm going to take a quick shower and then get to work. I did get frustrated but I eventually figured it out. The ScanNCut is really not as intuitive as it should be. It's a little easier to use for cutting basic stamped images, but I've never found it easy to use. Even the simple stuff can be confusing. Glad you got it figured out enough to cut a title!

I managed two layouts before I got tired of standing (I can’t see straight to sit and scrapbook since losing sight in my right eye) so I had to give up. I’m loving all of the beautiful pages and see where everyone creates. I’ll go snap a picture of my space.

I don't stamp much so I'm not really that worried about learning that function. It just would be nice for titles and tags and such.

Linda , your space is so well organized. No wonder you can create pages so fast. You know where everything is. Lovely layout design. Depicting the burning bush with candles is very clever. That was always one of my favorite bedtime stories as a kid. The ScanNCut is really not as intuitive as it should be. It's a little easier to use for cutting basic stamped images, but I've never found it easy to use. Even the simple stuff can be confusing. Glad you got it figured out enough to cut a title! I'm a little surprised by that. I thought it would be easy peasy. It seems many are switching or at least getting due to the ease for stamped images. I've been having issues with my cameo and was thinking of switching. KelleeM , those pages are wonderful. All three of you gals are beautiful! I love the line of embellishments going across the page at the bottom and top of your band on the 2nd page. ETA* I haven't create a single page today. I did end up spending more money though. Helping the industry, any way I can.

Here’s my space...it’s the tiny hallway between the stairs and the garage wall and a little nook at the end before the laundry/utility area. If my daughter and granddaughter ever move out I’ll have a large room.

Here are my workspaces: digi scrapping, kneeling at the low dining table in my living room (the weird little chair thing is a kneeling stool so my legs don't fall asleep) Workspaces by jo.blackford, on Flickr and my regular workspace for crafting/cardmaking business, with two counter height spaces where I can stand to work (one used to be the dining table but we always eat at the dining table by the TV so hubby made a storage bookcase for me to replace the legs). Workspaces by jo.blackford, on Flickr And with that you've seen about a third of my house too! Our little bungalow has lots of public space with small bedrooms and no hallways, so the dining room workspace I have is in the very center of the house. Hubby's office is off to the right and the door to the kitchen also leads to the back bedroom. I'm always in the thick of things, except that with only two of us here there isn't much going on. Kids and dogs love visiting our house because it's almost one a big circle.

LisaDV - thank you -looking at the photo, I'm seeing where my next organising spree needs to focus though. I do aim to have everything within reach and no more than fits (and the space is chock-full right now due to overshopping in April - I need to scrap, scrap, scrap before my EP kit arrives, lol). I would love to have 'nicer' scrapbook furniture but what I have works for me. I'm loving seeing everyone's space and how they have it set up - what a great crop question dasmith2 - thanks!

I'm a little surprised by that. I thought it would be easy peasy. It seems many are switching or at least getting due to the ease for stamped images. I've been having issues with my cameo and was thinking of switching. For cutting stamped images it is easy, as long as the images are clear and bold. It can be a bit finicky with some images though, and I don't always know why. It seems to work better if it's in a well lit space, which makes no sense to me at all! But when I try to use it on darker days it doesn't scan as well. But the symbols on the screen sometimes don't make sense to me and I have trouble finding the function I want when I go beyond the basic scan + cut. It seems like it should be intuitive, so I never read the CDROM manual that came with it. But then it wasn't. I haven't put the time in to really puzzle some stuff out. And the first time I went to the Canvas online workspace to mess around with cut files I got so confused because I couldn't find the SAVE button. Turns out it's the "overwrite" button, which sounds like the last thing I'd want to press! I think some of the issues I have are related to translation from the Japanese. And some may just be the expectations I have/the way I think not meshing with the machine. I'm not sure if reading the manual would help since there are tons of functions I have no interest in. I usually watch YT videos when I'm having trouble. I don't have space to keep it out and running all the time so I haven't spent the time I need with it yet. But for stamping a bunch of basic images on a sheet of card and cutting them out with a little halo it's a huge time saver, as well as saving money on matching dies. So I don't regret buying it.

KelleeM, thanks for sharing your space. It’s so much larger than I had thought. You have described it as the space before and I had this much smaller space (only room for a desk) styled image in my head. You look well organized like Linda. Linda, organizing seems to be it’s own hobby that goes hand and hand with scrapbooking. Your Sunset photos and page are beautiful. joblackford, love the bookshelf your dh made to replace the table legs. Very clever. Glad to see another standing crafter as well. But for stamping a bunch of basic images on a sheet of card and cutting them out with a little halo it's a huge time saver, as well as saving money on matching dies. This is kind of why I was wanting to switch. I figure it should work with printed images Like the print and cut feature on the cameo. Also the pix scan on the cameo I still haven't played with, but you have to take a photo if I'm not mistaken and I never take my photos right. Thanks everyone for sharing your crafty spaces with me. I’m really enjoying seeing them.

My table is 36 inches wide and the shelving in the photo next to it is above it. Everything else is behind it along one wall. Dh put up a lot of shelves for me. The hallway is more only 4 feet wide and at the end where my table is it’s 6 1/2 feet. We’re making due with what we have.

Another college album layout - I love this paper (from my April shopping spree) but I had to go a bit out of my box to use it on a selfie of DD18 rather than wildlife pics.

I finished the two school portrait layouts. I was happy that I finally opened an embellishment pack and used two from it. I've had that pack for years, bought on clearance.
I finished one 12x12 Christmas 2017 layout. I used two stamps for the first time in it.
Two more Christmas layouts are started.
I'm hoping that in the next day or two I can finish Christmas 2017 and Christmas 2018.
I'm using Mistletoe & Holly paper pad to scrap them. I just want the pages to come together quickly. And one using stamps as embellishments because I haven't bought Christmas specific embellishments since I used them up.
You ladies have lovely scrap spaces! 😁
My desk is covered in the pages I'm working on. My ZipeMate, some dies, and the paper pads are scattered along my bed.

Hey, ladies. I just finished up a boozy brunch and now I'm ready to scrap. I'm so impressed with those of you that cranked out tons of layouts this weekend. I'm so slow! I'm faster if I'm scrapping regularly but I haven't scrapped in a month or so and I feel like every decision is taking too much time. BUT I've had fun! It's been great to see what you have created. Thank you again to LisaDV, crystalb, and dasmith2 for hosting and keeping up with all of us. And thanks to all of you who took the time to post your layouts. I love seeing all of your creativity! I'm going to finish up this mimosa and get scrapping!

KelleeM, it looks bigger in the photos if that helps. Linda, you did a fabulous job with the pp on your dd's selfie. LavenderLayoutLady, you are hard at work. I love that you are using things you've had and haven't used yet. Elsabelle, you're very welcome. It was our pleasure. I haven't had mimosas in forever. Enjoy.

ComplicatedLady, yay for a Cub's layout. We used to live within walking distance to Wrigley. Miss that. Love the paper on your Friends for Life page and those rhino photos are fantastic. joblackford, those pages are fantastic. Is this part of your 52 stories?

LisaDV my DH did put that desk together. I keep saying I'm going to skirt the table and he's going to make me another piece for the left side. I want to paint the old chair and recover it too. I'd like a cuter space especially since it's in my living room. hop2 I did it! I've got a title all cut! I'm going to take a quick shower and then get to work. I did get frustrated but I eventually figured it out. yay!
