I'm not doing any real scrapping tonight, but I'm going to spend a little while cutting my 3x4 and 3x3 photos apart, and trimming the white off the 4x4s. I can't do much more than that.
I donated blood today, and I'm still feeling very low energy. I decided I'm going to buy a pound of roast beef at the deli tomorrow, and buy the big bag of spinach. I think I need some iron. Does someone have a Popeye GIF for me?

Having just gotten my table cleared off of many bags of donations about 5 pm, I'm running behind with my prep. I will be pulling out my partially completed albums and supplies later tonight. Tomorrow & Saturday are supposed to be rainy so it will be perfect scrapping weather! Looking forward to checking in over the weekend with everyone! So far I pulled up my Easter photos from 2018 and picked a few for the first double page layout. I know they need to get completed. It's my plan to do them. But I just don't wanna...(slumpy shoulders, pouty face). Then I went off to finish dinner up and eat with the family. Now it's only 9:30 here, but I'm so very sleepy. I keep debating whether to keep working on it or go shopping for digital supplies.... The struggle is real.

Those cards look awesome, LisaDV! And thanks for the gc’s, crystalb and dasmith2. Thanks for the Friday prompt. I have my stuff packed for our crop, and definitely have some Easter photos and papers and other themed products. I started putting together a crop kit, but ended up just stuffing everything Easter related into the iris case. That is where I will start tomorrow evening. |

LisaDV - I finished off the layout I've been fighting with half the day - but won't get it posted until tomorrow (nuvo drops are drying). And I pulled out the Easter pictures from this year but I'm headed to bed - 6am comes early - so they'll have to wait until morning.

I finished up my DD’s graduation card. When I first came up with the concept I *needed* another sheet of the paper. I went out of my way to order another 8x8 pad of it ( for ONE sheet ) at 2x the price of what I bought the first one for on clearance and now that I made the card I didn’t use the other sheet. LOL

I’m messing around with a layout tonight. Dh even helped me fussy cut some flowers, he didn’t last long 😂 I’m headed to bed and will finish putting it together in the morning.

I’m convinced my family can hear me pick up a piece of paper.
As soon as I touch paper someone comes in to tell me their tummy hurts or they have an idea for our vacation in June.
I went to look for a patterned paper or two to make a kit and didn’t get very far.
Hopefully tomorrow is a bit more productive.

ComplicatedLady, It's so funny, yet not funny isn't it. I swear, my dh is as bad as the kids normally. DS who usually is not that into talking unless he's avoiding school, is Mr. Chatty whenever I just want 5 minutes to myself. I hope tomorrow is more productive for you (and for me). christinec68, we look forward to playing with everyone this weekend.

I got a little bit done earlier tonight. I'm working on my digital pages for my 52 highlights album. I have been stuck/not working on it for a couple of months so I was glad for the little push to get started again, even though I didn't get a whole lot done. As usual I got distracted looking for images for TV shows we've been watching. I'll get back to it tomorrow and I should be able to make some pretty quick progress since I keep things very simple.

Yesterday and the day before I worked on three layouts. A birthday one, last St Patrick's day, and one about the spring blossoms.
Started on a fourth yesterday. A school fundraiser my teen worked.
I'm looking forward to popping in on this thread all weekend!
I actually don't have any Easter photos printed, but I have plenty of others to work with.

Good morning!!! Welcome to FRIDAY!!! WOOOOHOO! I am your hostess today! I hope y'all are rested (or wide awake!) and ready to go! I am up and at 'em, about to do the school thing and run an errand for DH then I will be all y'alls! I have a gift card up for grabs with the DIY kit mentioned in the OP but I would like to give ANOTHER one away for anyone that creates something TODAY and shares with us!  Dogs have been let out and fed, a load of laundry in, and I have cookies and a Pepsi (because it's a crop weekend breakfast of champions fun), and am ready to start my crafty day!! joblackford , I too often get sucked into the rabbit hole looking for images or worse - digital kits for a project. Hope you found all the images you were looking for so today will go more quickly for you. LavenderLayoutLady , you are on a scrappy roll. I hope to follow your example today. Linda , lovely layout with the blues. Are my eyes not focusing yet this morning, or is there something wrong with that tree house? I'll join you this evening for an adult beverage. I was going to have a glass of wine or a beer last night after dinner, but realized I was way too tired. Partially because DS woke me up in the middle of the previous night due to his allergies. He takes a zyrtec (sp?) every day but I had to give him a benadryl too as it wasn't enough relief. So, hop2, I feel really bad for you. I hope you can get some relief. |

linda great job getting up and going! KEEP IT UP! hop2 I hope the allergies subside. My kids and I are being hermits because it is just nuts here too. Daily Zyrtec is just not cutting it. They were outside for recess yesterday and came home looking like they were in fights! After washing their faces and hands and some cold compresses and pain relievers for the headaches thye were a bit better but this weekend is inside for them. They are under strict instructions to leave me be though lol. LavenderLayoutLady WOW go go go! Great job! jeremysgirl we will be here! I hope today flies by for you! LisaDV a bell bus is what I set on my phone to alert my sweet monsters it is time for the bus. They tend to be outside playing if they are ready for school (gotta get that energy out somehow). Instead of screaming like a maniac I have just 'trained' them to listen for the super loud bell/alarm on my phone. When they hear it they know it is time to go to the bus. Even the dog knows LOL! It works about 90% of the time so I will take it!
