I'm excited about the paper I bought a few days ago. Each 12x12" pad was $7.88, with 48 sheets in each pad.
I picked Hello Sunshine by Pink Paislee, Mistletoe & Holly by Love Nicole, and Tonal Patterns by Love Nicole.
I hope to tackle my last two years of Christmas photos using Mistletoe & Holly. I stopped doing December Daily after doing it for 3 years in a row, but then stopped scrapping Christmas completely because I am overwhelmed with all the photos.
I love the Tonal Patterns pad because it is so versatile. It's bright and fun and happy. And best of all, it has no random symbols of pizza, unicorns, mermaids, tacos, or sloths. I think I will use it for some birthday pics. And maybe St Patrick's day pics.
Hello Sunshine is really happy and has smaller patterns that can be used for many pages.

KelleeM & Linda, I bought Cadbury eggs for ds for Easter and thought of you both. grammadee, I’m so excited for you with the littles in your house this Easter. I’m sure you are having a ball. LavenderLayoutLady, oh, bunny ears are adorable. We got them for great niece one year. Also, I felt the exact same way about Christmas photos, actually, all event styled photos. I just would have too many little stories or too many photos. I had to start making a real effort to scrap events. Then I realized, I did them easier digitally. It just works better for me. Good thing I have like 2 large iris containers of Christmas papers and supplies. (face palm) crystalb, Yay! I’ll put the link in the opening post too.

pennyscraps , yay! deekaye , It's so nice you have a scrapbooking group! Who's the baby shower for? The baby shower is for my daughter's soon-to-be sister-in-law (or fiance's sister!). She also was in my Girl Scout Troop years ago so it's been fun all the way around to put together this shower with my daughter.

Not long now. I need to start thinking about what I plan to work on at our IRL crop iNSD weekend. So far, I have a stack of hockey pic's, Easter pic's and general little boy pic's. I had wanted to complete my Easter pages this month, but I think I will run out of days... Need to put together a kit for crystalb's challenge and take that with me. If you are looking for a way to extend the crop fun throughout the month of May, hop on over to the May Team Challenge Sign Up thread No pressure: just lots of fun. Double points for your team for everything you create during the iNSD weekend!

I’m so in the same boat with Easter photos from last year. Thought they would be complete this month. So I could work on this years next month. I’ve thought about pulling copies of the digital items i’ll use for last years Easter for the stash kit challenge.

Thanks for the link Dee!
DH knew I was taking the whole weekend but today called to ask if I’d have a few hours to spare on Friday - for End Game. Yeah, I can make that work. 🤣

My kids' spring school portraits came home yesterday!! 😀 So I'll be working on those definitely.
I think a goal will be to use my ZipeMate to die cut titles and shapes. It's been quite a while since I actually used it.

LavenderLayoutLady, yay for school portraits. I’ve not been good at getting professional photos of my kids with homeschooling. I should make an appointment, or at least go take some with my good camera.

I have been putting a few page kits together today for my crop next weekend. Just random pages. LisaDV I took your advice about the knitting and cut back to one row per day. Now that I have the pattern established I'm up to 2 rows a day I'm setting it aside for next weekend. Scrapping with my niece and shopping at SG. That lucky girl lives about 20 minutes from the store. I would love to have an LSS like that. My wallet wouldn't but I would

joyfulnana, I'm so glad my advice worked for you. How exciting to shop SG in person. You will have a blast. craftymom101, me too! Especially after this week. I am jam packed from last week through this coming Wednesday. Of course, it is nothing compared to you and school and kids. I'm sure it will be nice not having school in the background for this crop. Will the kids be with their dad for crop weekend? I ordered from Blue Apron 2 meals for a week for May starting May 2nd. I figure it's 2 meals during the crop I don't have to worry about. Although I'd have to make them, not DH since I'll have to substitute for DD's food sensitivities and to make them GF. But I've ordered through the rest of the month, so I have a little meal help while working on the house. Unfortunately, I forgot that it wasn't BA that had the GF option. They have good food but limited choices. So I will be canceling after the month. It was Plated that had more options including a GF one. OH, well.

I have about 8 double page kits put together including photos and sketches. I have spent the better part of the day on it and realized that if I just did this once a month I would get a lot more scrapping done. I'm slow on the uptake sometimes lol.

I’m so ready for our crop! This month has been a doozy and I’m really looking forward to just scrapping . I usually work around whatever weekend schedule we have, Sunday all the kids should be over for supper so if I want to scrap, I need to come up with something quick to cook lol. I’m finishing up a layout now and then I’ll do some more organizing and really get things ready to go.

I'm so looking forward to some scrapping time. I need to stop by Joann's today for some cardstock. Hopefully they'll have the colors I'm looking for.

I was being non-committal. I wanted to see if the weekend was going to be open. As it turns out my aunt and uncle (who I'm not very fond of) will be in town at my mom's house. She has asked I show up at 6 pm on Saturday for dinner and bring a cheesecake. I will pop in for a reasonable amount of time, then get out of there as quick as possible. The rest of my weekend is open! Woo hoo!

I'll be at a conference on Friday and Saturday, but I'll be keeping an eye on what you're all doing. I might be able to join for a bit on Sunday to work on some 2005 photos that are next in line to layout -- Disneyland, California Adventure and maybe a Sacramento/Gold Country/Lake Tahoe/San Francisco trip from way back.
It's fun working on old layouts and reminiscing. Hard to believe so much time has gone by and my kids are full-fledged adults.

Doing a little shopping in my "let Stella get her groove back" mode...and tonight I shall work on some UFO's and maybe start planning some layouts.
I love NSD and all things with it.

I’m organizing some things now that I’ve finished scrapping this month. I don’t plan on scrapping much but I signed up for the May team challenges because I figured I can cheer others on. Plus! I know I’m going to try to scrap for iNSD , so a few points will help!

craftymom101, yay for a all you scrappy weekend. Other than a trip to send End Game on Friday evening, I’ll be scrapping away too. We like Blue Apron’s food, but without the GF option, it was too many switch outs. I do love not having to plan a few meals though. LavenderLayoutLady, Way to get prepared! joyfulnana, finding a way to be more efficient is a process. I always say I’m going to edit and choose photos monthly. Yeah, it hasn’t happened. dasmith2, why not make the family cook while you scrap?? I think all of my points for May will be during the crop too. Life is busy. Elsabelle, Did they have the colors you needed after that mega sale they had? jeremysgirl, YAY! Do you want me to text/call you at a certain time so you can say you have a friend emergency and have to leave? Because I would. oaksong, we suckered you in with all of our excitement and chatter, didn’t we? You just can’t put your stuff away like that. I think if dd is graduating college you need to work on layouts from when she was younger. pennyscraps, Shopping for craft supplies is the only shopping that I enjoy! I hope you got lots of pretty goodies.

LisaDV that was such a good idea I told DH who isn't going to text me and get me out of there! That's too funny. Last summer while on vacation, dh and I attended the "owner breakfast" at the time share, and of course it included a sales pitch for an upgrade. I told the sales person that I could only stay until the family needed me. They were all hanging out at the pool, but about an hour after we had left, they all started texting me. After a few minutes of constant dinging of my phone, the sales guy just gave up and handed me the discount certificates we had earned by attending the breakfast.

pennyscraps , Shopping for craft supplies is the only shopping that I enjoy! I hope you got lots of pretty goodies. Same, same! I did, and I'll get some more today. They do daily markdowns and specials and so that is kinda' nice because it is lots of little chunks of $$ versus one big one. Ha, ha. Last night I spent time reviewing my Disney Memory Maker photos and downloading the last year. I got half of them imported into Photos. I'll pick that back up tonight. And I might need to 'call it' on finishing UFO's and clear my desk and get some fresh photos and paper pulled to play with this weekend.

dasmith2, why not make the family cook while you scrap?? ] LisaDV normally that would be fine but my oldest sons bday is the 7th so I told everyone we would have a birthday dinner, I forgot it was a crop weekend lol I had to coordinate it with all the older kids work schedules so I wasn’t thinking about scrapping at the time. I found a strawberry cheesecake dump cake on Pinterest I want to try, just haven’t thought out supper yet. I have quite a few go to meals that are quick, but nothing sounds good yet. Once I figure out what to cook, dh will help with it, just need to be able to tell him what I need help with 😂 I’ll talk to him, he can probably think of something for Sunday.
