It’s not that the report says he hasn’t done anything criminal, the SC left it in Congress’s hands to decide based on the current belief that you can’t indict a sitting President.

You missed a few statistics: 34 people were charged with crimes - US and Russians 5 of these are Trump's business associates or members of his campaign who pleaded guilty or took a deal over $42 million - the amount of real estate and cash forfeited by Manafort who is spending the next 7 1/2 years in jail Another $2 million in asset forfeiture and fines from Michael Cohen, Trump's personal attorney, who was sentenced to 3 years in prison Mueller did not have the power that Congress has over the president. Yes, I think there is plenty more to find. Trump is a known liar. He has refused to provide his tax returns and business financial documents - a business his children continue to run while they have the highest levels of access to government information. There is plenty there to mine. And I believe there are plenty of crimes to uncover. Then with a 2 year investigation that has been concluded and all that money, search warrants and subpoenas, why haven't those crimes been uncovered? Why wouldn't the investigation still be going on if there's still so much to uncover? Mueller was tasked with investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election. Many of the things Trump is believed to have done do not fall directly within that task. Mueller also did not get to ask Trump questions directly or get any followup questions answered in writing. Mueller was also hampered by the rules of the justice department. He made his report, it is up to Congress to follow through. It is quite clear that the president attempted to obstruct justice multiple times. It was those who reported to him who did not follow through on his orders. Congress will have to decide if they want to impeach the president for his actions. Would Trump let this go if it were someone in the Democrat party he believed had done wrong? The man never lets anything go, ever. And clearly here, Congress has a job to do. They are to take Mueller's report and determine if they should take action with the powers they, not Robert Mueller, have. Should Congress, just 3 1/2 months into their current 2 year term, ignore their responsibilities to go off campaigning for 2020?

They've been saying they were going to impeach him for 2 years, and there's a lot on the left expecting them to do it. I want to see if they're going to follow thru with it.

Sadly at this point they need to let it go. Focus on the next election and put forth a solid Dem nominee. And it makes me sick to my stomach to say that. Not sure if legal charges can be brought against him once he is out of office. But if they can they should be brought.
But the fact of the matter is that the Senate will not vote for impeachment. I’m sure Mitch won’t even bring that vote to the floor. And if he had to bring it to the floor, they won’t do it. Bunch of kowtowing pussies.

Then it becomes the Republicans who won’t allow impeachment.

They will just continue to vote for them. It won’t matter that the republicans in the senate won’t vote for impeachment. They will celebrate that refusal.

The House impeaches. The Senate is the 'jury'. Unless everything is totally damning the Senate will not convict.

When you read the Mueller Report it’s just pure dumb luck on trump & company’s part that they aren’t charged for collusion. Whether they intended to or not they were pretty close to crossing that line in their eagerness to get the dirt on Hillary Clinton. As to trump and obstruction of justice, I think the only thing stopping Mueller from recommending charges be filed is that opinion that a sitting president can’t be indicted. Which means it falls to Congress. Either we are a country of laws or we are not. As such Congress can’t ignore what is in the Mueller Report because next year is an election year. The good news, we humans know how to multitask. Meaning in DC, Congress can move ahead with their oversight regardless of the outcome. And when they are out and about they can talk about the issues and their plans for addressing them. Also because humans can multitask, the Democrats can do their oversight and also work on legislation that isn’t going anywhere when they are in DC. Multitask, THIS current congress.....you must be kidding. I seriously doubt most of them can walk and chew gum at the same time. The democrats have had one thing and one thing only on their minds since the day Trump took office and that was how to get rid of him. The only other thing that ranks even close to that is keeping their job. If they continue with impeachment talks those who are up for re-election in swing districts will start singing a different tune. LOL....did you really type that with a straight face?
