Hoise offer - Letter to Sellers?

We wrote one for the house we bought a year ago. We did a brief overview on us as a family and then my now 8-year-old dd wrote a letter that was very specific about what she liked about the house and she drew a picture. They loved it so much they left the furniture and everything in the room she said she wanted for her room for her. (Which ended up being kind of a pain later when we had to dispose of it - but it was very sweet).
