Me too.
Don't get me wrong, I would be beyond lost and sad without Refupeas-I'm so grateful this place is here and couldn't ask for more!
There are just no other galleries like the old 2peas one, at least for me, with comfort level and how all the features worked. not pinterest either.

I miss the gallery, too. The search features, tags, my BOS, etc. Pinterest fills the void somewhat, but it's just not the same. I hate change.

For the last year or so, I mainly utilize Pinterest, individual blogs and Youtube for inspiration. The 2peas gallery was full of talent but I found it cumbersome to navigate.

scrapbook.com has a fabulous gallery of millions of layouts of every type, cards, altered items, sketches, they have them categorized if you are looking for a specific category..like disney...heritage, etc. tons of categories .check it out

I find the gallery at sb.com to be "okay" partially because my browser doesn't seem to support their site very well and it's very, VERY wacky and hard to use. (Yes, okay, this is my work browser I'm talking about. So I can't say, HEY IT, Fix this darn thing so I can use this website while I'm working! ) And I should clarify, just in case, that it's not the layouts themselves I don't like as much. Beautiful pages there. It could certainly be a matter of what you're used to, what you learn first... everything kind of gets compared to that frame of reference. I have just never liked it as much.

I loved looking at the pages at two peas because even though I didn't post much I felt I knew the members. I just miss having a gallery tied to the forum and it's posters.

I miss the gallery too!!! I was browsing through SB.com's gallery the other day and it just wasn't the same. I don't think the LO's are as good as 2P's were.

I feel the same...which is not to say that I haven't seen some beautiful work on the SB-dot-com gallery, just that overall it seems a little more dated and less innovative than what I remember seeing daily in the 2peas gallery. I like to browse for inspiration sometimes, and seeing the "newer" stuff on 2peas helped get my creativity going...SB not quite so much. ETA: bingcherry, that post made you a "Throbbing Member" !

I've been using blogs, both individual scrappers and company blogs. I lined up a bunch on bloglovin so that I don't miss new posts. Then I save layouts I really like onto my computer.

Me too. Everyone created such beautiful and creative layouts, whether they were Peas, Swappers or Garden Girls. There are still some great galleries out there, but with Two Peas it was my fellow crafters. I was always so proud of what everyone did and loved being a part of it.

I loved the 2peas gallery - and in some cases, I 'watched' their children grow, their styles develop, followed/stalked their blogs....had a sort of continuity. FTR - I am NOT a stalker in any way, shape or form

Me too. I agree, it was the whole synergy at 2P's between the galleries, boards and product. I still can't believe they couldn't have tried to sell it again.

I mostly look at layouts on Pinterest and Instagram. For all those with a IG acct we could always #refugeepeas so we could find each others work easier. I do love looking at others work on here...since I feel I "know" them.
Or we could set up a whole IG acct just for this site.

i look at pinterest daily but I miss being able to connect it with the posters Kind of like at work, you may speak to someone on the phone several times and when you meet face to face you say wow! Nice to know what the voice looks like Thats how I feel about peas and scrapbooking, a blank gallery just isnt the same!

thats a good idea and I think it would be fun! I would do this If there is another Instagram people it may work. Everything all in one place. If Instagram didnt work another idea could be Pinterest. A pea can setup a "shared" board and share it with all of us so we can join. Then we can all upload to that 1 board and see our new creations when we login

I never heard of a shared bored. So everyone uploads onto this one board? Does it run off your personal acct or would a new acct need to be made? ETA- ok I just googled info about shared boards. Seems easy to set up. Easy is always good in my book lol

I post all my layouts on Instagram (and usually Pintrest) and SB.com. I will absolutley be using the [HASH]refugeepeas from now on though. What a brilliant idea!

I miss lots of things about 2 peas, mostly having everything in one place. But, I am slowly adjusting to this new reality, mostly because even 2peas over its last year or so was not what it used to be...
I post here and in a couple of private groups. I shops pretty much as I always have (minus 2peas), and I do add my los to Scrapbook.com. I have been watching videos directly from youtube (always looking for more process videos, especially long ones as I like to watch while on my elliptical!) and I visit blogs. It's a bit exhausting!!!

I just miss Two Peas in general. I think it was the variety. I could go on a msg board - talk for a while, hop over to the videos, watch a couple, search for something in the gallery (I didn't scan through the galleries daily but I liked searching) - then look in the store and see what's new - read the blog, etc. It was a whole day experience every day! LOL!!!
I just tell myself my inspiration comes from Pinterest now but it's not the same as having it all in one place!!

I always liked being able to check out posted work when talking with someone on the message board.

Would setting up a Flickr group work? I don't know a lot about it, but it might be something we could look into.
