Currently I have the Nest thermostat programmed for 74 during the day and down to 72 for the night. It does get warmer upstairs than downstairs, so if I’m working and moving around a lot, I’ll dial it down a couple degrees during the day.

Around 72. We have mini splits and only 2 of 4 are turned on. For a Florida house with outside temps in the 90's I'm impressed by how effective they are.

Summer - A/C is 73 - we live in the deep south and it is HOT and HUMID - Winter - Heat is 68 during the day, 65 at night Same, except we are in the PNW. And true to form, it is currently 61 degrees and about to rain.

Do you guys all run air all year around?! It’s summer, so the temp of our house is what it is outside. If it gets over 90 and humid we’ll turn the ac on. Usually set it 76ish. Winter time our house is set at 70

OMG- do you not freeze? I'm assuming this is A/C. When we are downstairs it can sometimes be a little chilly. I don’t wear warm clothes or anything. But sometimes use a light blanket when laying on the couch. Upstairs, no. I only sleep with a blanket because I need a weighted blanket. And I have to sleep naked because I get so hot, and I spend of my days naked too. I have hormonal and heat tolerance issues. But I also have Reynaud’s Syndrome so my hands often feel like icicles! Now, we keep sweaters and warm socks and heaters blankets and fingerless gloves available for our guests! And they know to dress warm when they come over. In the “winter” (I live in south central Texas) we might turn our heater on half a dozen times. We run a/c year round.

76 in the summer, 68 in the winter. This is my answer too. Today the outside temp was 103F (about 39.4C) and the AC was set at 76.

Winter time our house is set at 70 If it's needed, yes, but it isn't. It still gets cool here in Georgia in the winter. I've only been here a year but I think it ran through October last year and I had it back on in March.

Two systems--downstairs 72; upstairs 73. The humidity is SO bad right now that I am tempted to turn them down. It's killing me.

Summer with the humidity, during the day, 74 and at night 68. Winter, heat us set at 60 day/night and doesn’t change unless we’re getting a storm that could knock out power, then the heat is bumped up to 70-75 depending on the forecast.

AC is usually set to 78, although I will drop it to 76 sometimes at night. Heat is usually set to 68-70. I'm in Houston, high humidity most of the year, so yes it's always turned on (central air/heat).

In the summer, DH likes it around 73. I would be happy with 75/76. We installed new windows and it made a HUGE difference so we compromise at 74 a lot

74 at the moment, although 73 would probably make ds' bedroom more comfortable amd 75 would make me more comfortable im capris and a tank. 71 in winter, with a bump to 73 if I get too cold.

We don’t have central a/c. I haven’t put in the window units and it’s 81 in here right now. We’ve had quite the hot spell and I don’t think it’s going to cool off for awhile. May need to rethink the a/c.
In the winter I like it 70-72.

Since my main level a/c unit stopped working earlier this week, it’s currently 85 on that level. I pulled a window unit from my tiny craft shed and put it in my bathroom window, so that room and my bedroom are the only ones that are habitable at the moment. I could hang hang out upstairs in the other bedrooms, but that would mean I’d be watching boys sleep or play online games after they get home from work.
I normally keep keep the thermostat set to 72 in the summer and 65 in the winter. I like to be cool year round.

1300 sqft ranch home we have central air. It's humid here on the coast of NC in the summer. In the fall we leave the windows open when we are home but we keep it 73 in the summer, 73 in the winter.

72. It hovers around 80-90 outside. When the heat index spikes and it’s over a 100, I’ll drop the furnace to 71 to keep on top of it. Plus I yell at my family to open e reroof doors as little as they can. That makes it harder for the furnace to keep up.
