Hmmm I don’t know what I did differently, but it came up right at the top this time. Thanks!

How does this work? I’m trying to purchase and send a book to you. The only option is add to cart, and it wants to send to me. You have some wonderful choices! Ok. I added the address drop down. Maybe that will work. This is all new to me, I’ve never done this before! Thank you! That’s what was different. It works fine now. Be on the lookout for Amazing Grace and The Bad Seed. I love that you’re choosing books that will both show your students there is a place for them in whatever they choose to work for, and that they can change and grow.

I wish I could have added all to my cart, but finally had to stop! Rich text is so important and I’ll get the rest of the list whittled down eventually. Your thoughtfulness will be remembered. I always add little notes and things to the inside of a book when a family donates one (usually during a book fair at school) and I will add your name to these! I may not explain 2 peas to them 😂 ❤️

happyOCgirl - I just received notice from Amazon that they have cancelled my order for the plastic organizer for the embroidery floss. It's out of stock. If you add it back to your list from another supplier, I'd be happy to re-order it for you. It does show that the floss was delivered to you last week though.

Okay, I sent a couple of gifts tonight (names chosen at random). Both due to arrive on Wednesday. Not even sure I sent the right things to the right people, and I’m not sure my name is even on one of them. I got a little confused. If you get something you didn’t request, it was probably something I screwed up. If I still have any money left by next week, I’ll try to send to a couple more people. ETA I think I sent things to craftymom101 and ddly. Who knows.

I just finished reading all 12 pages of this thread. The generosity of the Peas is inspiring! I am adding my wish list. I started organizing reading binders last school year. As I was getting ready for this new year, I realized my beginning of the year lessons had not been organized. I'm ready to tackle the last of this organization project. 5th Grade Wish ListThank you! I tried to go to your wishlist but got an amazon error message. My DGS is starting 5th grade next week and I’d love to send you something.

This has been so fun to watch! And humbling to be on the receiving end. When I use my gifts I will think of the kindness of the peas. 😊 100% this! I have received so many awesome things for my class. Thank You to flanz , Merge , ami , oldpea , and one more person (didn't see your peaname and don't want to write your possible real name) . I received a thank you note from you today Mine was sent under dh’s name, so it was a good reminder to make sure the orders come from me, not him Thank you for your note!

Seriously, the power of the Peas is a force like no other. I just felt like I had Christmas in August. As an adult, I can't remember feeling this excited to see what was in a package since I was a little child. I save the collection of packages that I wait to open until my boyfriend's children are here. They are in middle and high school. Each time I would open up another Amazon package, it's just pure giddiness to see what was inside, while the girls love reading the notes. We talk a lot about the power of one and paying things forward. My mailman even asks now if it's 'another school supply surprise'. The next time I see him, he wants to know what I was gifted. Thank you everyone who's participating in this thread. The support is very much appreciated!!! Oh...the Uno game came without any notes. Thank YOU to the Pea who contributed to our 'family game night' supplies! https://www.instagram.com/p/B1F83nVFaTl

Thank you luckyexwife for the alef bet magnets!! They arrived yesterday
Everyone has been so generous and I'm so appreciative of everything you have all bought for my classroom! We don't start Hebrew School until a few weeks after regular school, so I have to wait a while to get to use it all, but have this extra time to think of even more ways to incorporate everything into our lessons

Shout out to S Michelle for sending me the highlighters and the therapy putty! You rock! I am super excited about the putty especially. As the Kgtn SPED inclusion room in my building, I always have kids with low hand strength and still developing fine motor skills. The putty is a huuuge help for them. Thank you!!

This is the most wonderful idea ever! christine58, you are so special! Happy to buy a few things at random. I love teachers! My DD is a teacher and is always having to buy things for her classroom. It gets so expensive. My heart goes out to everyone trying to make the school year a special and supportive time for children.

This is my second year as an elementary librarian. Technically, I have two half time positions. Last week I worked at Library A, this week is Library B. After diving into my stack of things to do here, I added some things to my Amazon list. Click if you’re curious what non-exciting behind-the-scenes item that I could use. 📚😃 www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2X82W6S7547BQ?ref_=wl_share

To the pea who ordered the drop ceiling hangers for me.... can you track them? They haven’t shown up and I want to make sure they’re not lost! That’s me again! So sorry. I got an email from Amazon yesterday that shipping was delayed. Didn’t say why. New delivery is between the 21st and 23rd.

ihaveonly1l first off, when I was talking with my kids about sending you the Food Fight book, they got excited, started reciting it and sharing their favorite parts, what they didn’t understand at the time... we pulled out the book and had so much fun with it! And they are 21, 19 and 14! Also the Bad Seed book you chose, hah this is going to make you think of the peas every time you read it to your class! 😂 Review: “A fun story about a baaaaaddddd seeeeeeeed. He does all the things that toddlers and preschoolers know are the "absolute naughtiest things ever," such as not returning your shopping cart to the cart corral and being late. Its a fun read, but more sensitive children and parents may take offense to the part where a man eats the bad seed's enitre family out of a bag of sunflower seeds.”
