I would try to alternate a few free or very inexpensive activities with the more pricey ones. A lot of the suggestions above would exclude those on a tight budget. Variety would help them be able to participate.
Sounds fun!

I went to a Bob Ross paint along. I have no skill, but it was fun. And there was beer.

Variety would help them be able to participate. Sounds fun! Definitely. The woman who is my "assistant leader" is on a limited budget by choice (she only wants to work part time) and she has told me that she'll be concentrating on no or low cost get-togethers, so hopefully we'll have a good mix. Plus...to be a member of this group you must commit to hosting at least one event of your choice each year, so hopefully that will help as well. That said, I'm up for more ideas, especially in the low to no cost range. Thanks so much again girls!
