StephDRebel I’ve found that several of those quick meatball sauces also work for wings. You know the ones with a jar of jelly. I do apricot jelly with ginger teriyaki sauce & a tad of hot pepper oil I also had raves about the grape jelly/barbque sauce with a tad of hot pepper oil too I like to finish them up on the grill to crisp them

Ugh tired and stressed from hurricane prep and hoping beyond hope dd will be able to get to her pulmonology appointment tomorrow morning before we need to hunker down. I’m reluctant to be using up hurricane food, so we’re getting fast food tonight, shh. My heart is broken for the Bahamas the videos and pictures are staggering. I hope Dorian stays as far east as possible. The stall it took over the Bahamas was just devastating.

Ok so I wanted to stink the house up good so I made a loaf of bread and then stuffed it with shaved steak cooked with a can of rotel, grilled peppers and onions and provolone and then baked it. It was SO good, served with a big ass salad and green beans, it was delicious!

I never make wings so I’m no help with flavors. I make dh go to BW3
After work I had haircut & color and got home when dinner was due. So dh suggested we go out. I had buffalo shrimp. He had wings.

I fed the 10yo beef and noodle soup that my neighbor brought over, because he loved it last time. He also loved it this time, and informed me I should quit making chicken soup and make beef soup instead. Then I made some Chinese dumplings (frozen from Costco) which he also gobbled. I think he’s growing. Now I’d better go thank my neighbor. PolarGreen12 , are those regular chicken breasts or boneless/skinless? (and are boneless/skinless what’s considered “regular” nowadays?) ha haha StephDRebel, I hope you’re feeling better now.

Tuesday is a day of rest around here, I'm pretty sure I have strep, appointment later. I'm on the couch resting but have bread rising in the kitchen and i am going to make philly cheesesteaks tonight with giant salads. We have peppers to use up. I'm looking for a couple of things, can you help? 1. Recipes to use up mayo. The neighbor has a jar of avocado oil mayo that they don't like so she has tasked me with using it up. I'm thinking maybe dips since they dont love the flavor as mayo. 2. your favorite chicken wing flavor or side to go with it? We do wing night 1x a week and I do two flavors, always a little out of the ordinary along with a side and sometimes a dessert. Have any favorites to share? I'm getting the same old things on pinterest after 2 months of doing this weekly. I have a jar of that avocado oil mayo. Umm, I'm thinking the trash can. It tastes okay, but it melts just like butter and is the thickness of butter coming out of the refrigerator. I put some on a burger and it just melted like any hardened oil. I don't think you can use it any type of salad like pasta or egg salad or the like.
