I was at the LSS and someone commented that she had a lot of embossing folders, 15! I was like, amateur, lol!

Yeah, amateur! I have a LOT more than that. I did luck out a few years back and got some at a very cheap price on a Black Friday sale. Unless I find more paw prints or other dog related embossing folders or music embossing folders, I'm pretty much done buying them.

Not a lot (probably 15-20) but that's mainly because the ones I've got are very versatile.

How many - maybe a couple or three dozen. I do love texture. A lot of mine are versatile in design, just a background sort of thing.
I do have some but not a lot of ones that are an actual design sort of thing. One that comes to mind is a bough with Christmas ornaments hanging from it. But truth is I find these hard to use. It is like they should be the focus rather than part of the overall design. But do come in handy for quick and easy cards.

I have about 50. But, 40 of them are the sizzix simple impressions brass embossing folders. To me they are very different than the cuttlebug folders. I am selling the sizzix folders off as we speak.

Zero. :-(
I would love to buy some but would have to buy a machine as well. But since I already have an out of date Revolution I am a bit leery of buying yet another machine.

I have only 12. I'd like more but I really don't use them that often. Maybe I need to put them out where I can see them more??? I have them in a drawer which is kind of like "out of sight, out of mind".

Honestly I've never counted, but I have a lot of them. I like the look and for that reason I keep buying them but I really need to start using them! I even bought a Big Kick so I could get (or make) some of the bigger ones... Yeah, I need to start using mine!

Not that many - maybe 10-20? I'm very drawn to the kind that have an actual picture on them (I have a Christmas one of a bird on a pine bough, for example), but the ones I actually use most are the kind that make a border around all four sides, so all you have to do is slam down a focal embellishment and/or sentiment, and off you go. They are great for those last-minute cards.

I have never done this but apparently you can just use your rolling pin. You might have to give the paper a light spritz of water but they are pretty inexpensive so you could try one.

I haven't counted them, but I would guess at least 40 or 50, possibly more.

Scrapaddie, you barely have me beat~ I have 105, I have an inventory sheet of all my embossing folders and wafer thin dies. That way I don't buy duplicates! I really like texture in my cards and scrapbook pages. They are and quick and easy!

Under 50 over 20 I would estimate. I have a 6x6 one I'm hoping to try out this weekend. I really love the 5x7 size ones the most.

I just bought 5 more today at JoAnn's. They have the Darice folders 5/$10, plus an extra 20% off total purchase. I actually went to a Js that I had never been to before, I bought quite a bit!

18, which, honestly, is too much IMO. I don't know how I got that many, but I think some came as double packs and I know I got 4 as gifts.

At last count I had over 120, but I know I have purchased more since then. I can't make a card without one; it just looks naked without that texture. But I find myself using some of the same ones over and over - Swiss Dots, Stampin Up's Square Lattice (which is now retired), D'Vine Swirl. I use the others, but those 3 I keep coming back to.
