Those of you who regularly participate in the monthly challenges know that I believe that every layout needs a title. This challenge is to do a layout with a big old one word title. Twist – 5 points - Use a photo that is NOT 4x6. Second twist – 5 points – Make this a 2 page layout. One side the title, second side as an add on to your story.  I don’t have a cutting machine so I went old school and busted out some lettering templates and hand cut my title. And I fussy cut the flowers! |

KelleeM, your “0ld school” title and embellishments are wonderful! I don’t use my cutting machines nearly done tools as often as gramma, but I am missing them now as I try to scrap away from home. Have cut a couple of big circles using a dinner plate as a template!

Thanks for a fun challenge. This is my take on the sketch / twist. The problem with only looking at a scraplift when you start and then not again until you're nearly finished is that you often forget key things, like paper layers.  So here's my inspired by take on this one:  |

here's my take - used some OLD Ki Memories alphas for this and they worked perfectly. I always struggle with the multi-colour/multi-design alphas so pleased with this. I'm probably going to re-do the journalling on the blue heart - the white isn't showing up well.  |

I used a wonky sized photo that I captured from a video, oh how i wish video sounds could be part of scrapbooking, lol, cuz I got quacking with this one! I used the kit here |
