gmcwife1 and oh yvonne - it really IS okay if you sign up and don't end up scrapping or if you scrap and don't end up sharing your work or if counting/tallying points ends up being overwhelming. No one is going to be worry about any of that. Some months just don't go as planned and we all know that - I've had months where I've turned in zero points and no one has ever minded. So if you're enjoying the challenges or the cameraderie or just the added inspiration on the boards - go ahead and sign up for a team. There's no committment. The only reason I'm not signing up is that my November is so incredibly busy between a trip to help out my mum and a camping trip and Thanksgiving prep....I don't think there will be any scrapping happening here.

Ok, I’m in but hopefully I won’t hold my team back. Unless you actually take layouts and/or cards apart, I highly doubt you will hold your team back or get fewer points than I did in October.  same for me ComplicatedLady! Same for me lol |

Oh no. Sorry to hear that! I hope things are getting figured out/improving. Thank you so much, Jo, and KikiPea. This damn new thing is, we believe, a genetic mutation that has waited until now to rear its ugly head. I probably have to wait until January to see the specialist to get a diagnosis, and if it is what we think, it's a matter of managing it rather than it managing me, as it has been the last 3 weeks. No cure, unfortunately. But I'm getting better at recognizing the early symptoms and avoiding the worst (which for me, so far anyway, is partial paralysis that lasts up to 13 or 14 hours). It's been a blast  . And a very, very weird few weeks. So let's hope for a diagnosis so I can begin treatment asap and keep this sucker minimized. It's always something, Itell ya, lol! |

hahah you are killing me! I definitely want to, let me try tonight, my kid will be off TOT and then a sleep over with friends, because of the fires out here in California school has been out. Thankfully we are safe this time (thank you firefighters who put out the fire in Simi which was the next town over). If I can get my pictures and tally for October's challenges done, then I know I'll feel good (and worth! enough to participate in November thank you! |

I'm glad that you are currently safe from the fires. Even if you can't get October tallied - don't let that stop you from participating in November - you won't be the first or the last to struggle with tallying (and in a pinch, you can always just add up how many projects you've done (for example 5) and call it that many points (5 points reported) - no one is auditing you, no one is judging you - this is FUN not a chore and if the tallying part is a chore that takes away the fun - then just create and don't tally |

Just checking in to say, no time to scrap . . . most of the house is still in shambles due to the interior painting . . . my 60th birthday party, and then I leave for my scrapbooking cruise, home 2 days before Thanksgiving. So even with the cruise I'm going to focus on just prepping for that and not worrying about points.

grammadee I live in Central Oregon and we are flying to Tampa Bay and cruising the Western Caribbean. Key West, Belize, Costa May, and Cozumel. We are very excited! I am taking a friend as DH declined my invitation but said I could take my friend. So off we go in 14 days!
