We're going to WDW in December and I signed us up for FastPasses to see the show in Epcot and to do the meet and greet at the Magic Kingdom right away in the morning on the first day we could sign up for FP. DD (4) is a HUGE Frozen fan so I know we'd really regret it if we didn't use our passes for that.

Thanks for all of the advice! We did our magic morning yesterday. We're at the park 30 min before it opened and got in line. By the time we got through the gates at 7:40 the ore line for frozen was already full. They marched those people in before the park opened. Everyone else thought frozen was full for the day. What chaos. I explained to my kids that we don't really need to see the, when we got through we went to the frozen area and the line was huge. But dh was in the frozen ticket line. He got a return time of 9:30 so it worked out but if I'd known he stress involved I wouldn't have made dh go through that. When we (me and the kids) went through the families were sprinting into position. Too bad Disney has to go through this While dh was in line (the line took 20 min to get a return time reservation) the girls and I went on Pinocchio. Guess who we saw as soon as we exited the ride - the frozen girls. Their entrance is right by the Pinocchio exit. Next time I'd rather wait in line for Pinocchio. My girls love frozen, but they're too shy to talk with the princesses anyway. We did get to run to the other princess area as soon as we got our frozen return time. Waited 10 min and got in to see three other princesses. I felt like the girls were more excited about that - maybe because you went room to room. The princesses also spoke so nicely to my girls, engaging them more then the frozen princesses tried. Off for our last day. Thanks for all of the advice! Disneyland is such a magical vacation for everyone. And I love that my youngest daughter now wants to go home and watch Star Wars as star torus is her new favourite ride! P.

My DIL and granddaughters had early entry to Disneyland, and got the passes to see the Frozen princesses at 2:00. Then the poor girl got morning sickness, (yes, I'm going to be a Grammie again ), and had to go back to the rental house. So the girls and I get in the line at 2:00, and they scan my ticket, and it's not the same as my DIL's. The cast member started to tell me that I couldn't go in with them, and I said "My DIL is sick and can't take them, this is the Magic Kingdom, and you CAN make this happen!" I went in with my granddaughters, and got some lovely pictures of them with Ana and Elsa.

We go to WDW the first week of September, after Labor Day.
No lines, no ADRs. No big deal. We literally walked on to every single ride, sometimes multiple times, with no effort. I went on Buzz Lightyear several times in a row while I was waiting for others to go on Space Mountain. They went on it twice in a row.
The only attractions we did not do were the new Snow White Mine Train ride and seeing the Frozen characters. It had a 45 minute wait time without a FastPass. Regretted skipping it when it was a 20 minute wait as we discovered that some 20 minute waits were actual no wait at all (Peter Pan, for ex). The lowest wait time for Anna and Elsa was 45 minutes while we were there (without a FP). We were told that was actually pretty good! We passed on that and saw the other princesses instead. No wait time to see them!
