No, it seems like it’s just twirling your brush in dirty water. I like clean running water for my brushes.

The dirty water thing and it's another thing to buy, have and store. When you could just use your hands under running water. Or I have tried wearing rubber gloves for some texture or a silicone hot pad with some ridges.

One from Amazon by Sigma and the other by BeautyBlender. I use Beauty blender soap.

I’ll save my $ for something better.

Nope, a high price to pay to have another appliance clutter up my bathroom counter. Cleaning my brushes is too easy to do by hand.

No, it's too easy to clean brushes with hands, soap, and running water. I squeeze the bristles in a towel and let brush air dry.

I bought a similar one & it was complete junk. It didn’t clean or dry my brushes. I threw it out after 1 use. Like others have said, it’s much easier to run them under the tap and dry overnight.

My dd got one last Christmas from her boyfriend's Mum. It works really well. She rinses it first but it really gets everything out - she then rinses again. What she likes is the spin feature, I couldn't believe how quickly it worked. Not a necessary thing but it does work well.

I really try to avoid a "one trick pony" when it comes to appliances. And this seems to be the definition of that. Especially when you can accomplish the same end goal without the somewhat pricey contraption.

No, we use a daily cleaner/spray then throughly clean with another cleaner every so often. We have "speed dryer" cases that also reshape the brush. Can't remember the name, and my daughter is asleep in my room right now so I can't look.

I did see a video recently where someone used and liked a brush cleaning product, but I don't think it was the one in your link (based on the description--when I click on it, nothing comes up). I don't have space to store something like that. I'm not sure how they work in regards to rinsing with clean water, etc.
I recently found that micellar water is a great makeup brush cleanser. I couldn't get the middle of my foundation brush clean, so I soaked it in a cup with a little micellar water (just enough to cover the bristles, not the handle) and it worked like a charm. Of course I rinsed it as well.
ETA that I got the link to work. The one that I saw someone review cleaned 6 brushes at a time. I think that would be better because it would be more efficient and save time. I wouldn't buy a special device to clean just one brush at a time.

I think my dd either bought this with her own money or was gifted it, but anyways, she doesn't use it.
I think she thought it would be the latest and greatest, but it just sits there now.

I saw that demonstrated on a you-tube video a year or so ago and the person using it said she really liked it and it worked well. (She was not paid to do so, she just reviews items like that from time to time - not as a kickback from the company)

Yes! if only for the drying feature. Brushes take so long to dry.

I used to use the special cleaners from Sephora, but they changed the formula at one point and it seemed oily to me. I started using Dawn liquid hand soap and water a few years ago and it works very well. If I wash a brush in the morning after using it, it is totally dry before I need to use it again.

I'm intrigued by this gadget but yeah, $40 is a bit steep. I hate cleaning my brushes. I know it's easy blah blah but it takes me forever, and as much as I blot, they never seem to be dry the next morning when I need them. Such a chore because I use so many different brushes every day, it's a lot to clean. I wouldn't but I wish I could just toss them in the machine with the laundry
