I spotted this info on Fbk, don't think it's been mentioned here. All the old Shimelle classes are on sale for a week. Shimelle class sale - this post on the blog is old but this was the link she shared on Fbk on Dec 11th to get the sale prices, so -shrug-

I’m not actually a scrapper but I watch her videos anyway! I haven’t taken any of these classes, just her Journal Your Christmas and a live behind the scenes class she did last year. She’s a great teacher. I’ve heard people talking about her Perfect Collection classes - I think that’s focused on cutting up your papers to make the best use of a collection, and people may use that to make kits. I’m not sure I’ve heard much about the others except that a lot of us agree that she’s an awesome teacher, even if you don’t scrap in her style. The classes about design principles would probably be great for anyone creative. I was intrigued by the one talking about why different papers work together or don’t.
Hopefully more people will chime in with reviews of the classes they’ve taken.
She’s actually using the proceeds of this sale to buy food and gifts for her local charities which is very cool.

I've taken most of the ones that are on sale.
The Perfect Collection is very similar to a series by Janet on RTS on youtube - in this case taking a collection pack and cutting it up to then make the start of layouts. Unless you have particularly strong feelings against RTS I'd just use her version (I think she calls it the 4x4 series) and skip this Shimelle class.
I really liked The Scrapbook Process. She works on three albums that each have a different approach, and works through her process and decisions for each, including an album that she hasn't worked on for a while with tips on how to get started on it again, especially if your style has changed since the first pages were made. The three albums she works on are her multi album backpacking holiday, the London Olympics, and her current yearly album.
Design Decisions was also really good. Each prompt includes a sketch, and she talks through all the decisions she makes on each page, other choices she could have made, and why she went with the things she did. There are also examples of staying within your comfort zone and going outside it. Really good if you feel like you could use a little help making choices for your pages or just want to understand a little more about why she makes the choices she does.
My other favourites from this list:
The 20 project - 20 layouts that start from a prompt. Could easily be recreated with your own jar of prompts drawing on tools or supplies that are feeling a little underused. Pretty Paper Party - this is older so it's a PDF based class, not video. Scrapbook Remix - another older one that is PDF based. I like this one because she talks a lot about mixing patterns, but also includes tips on how to make older pages fit in with your current pages (in a finite album like a vacation) using scraps from your new pages - simple tweaks that don't involve remaking the pages completely.

I did a couple of her classes at Two Peas, but I can’t remember what they were. They all have great detail and inspiration. I could watch them all day long!
