I agree, I wish they still made the MM trimmer. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Definitely the MM trimmer. Mine finally broke last year and I’m still sad about it.

My favourite discontinued items .. the Making Memories Tool Kit...remember the one with the hammer, tweezers , pokey tool , eyelet setter.. and my Making Memories trimmer. I had this but after 4 years of leaving on the Gulf Coast, it all started to rust so I got rid of it. I did keep the little hammer though.

Add me to the list for the MM Trimmer. I ruined mine by accidentally cutting two sheets of card stock; the blade got stuck and bent.

The EK Success Adhesive remover. It was a green tubular shape with a point, like a short, fat pencil. It worked so much better than the square adhesive remover. I asked AC about it and they said when they bought EK Success, it was not part of the inventory.

The Cricut Cuttlebug. I love that thing so much that I bought a backup machine as soon as they made the announcement. I bought extra plates, too. I’m so not looking forward to the time when replacement plates (original and clones) will become scarce and hard to find.

All the SB magazines that are no longer. Busy SB conventions that were not taken over by stamping stuff and women/family products. Archivers (RIP)

My LSS. Crops, big crops, with lots of ladies laughing and eating and scrapbooking. Every Sat night-archivers was a party. I miss the community of an LSS and the crops they hosted. Now I just visit the aisles of Hobby Lobby but it is sooooo not the same. I miss seeing the new scrappy items in person before I purchase them.

I still use my MM tool kit too! It was one of the best tool purchases I made - it sits on my desktop and gets a lot of use!
I also miss Basic Grey, Daisy D, and 7 Gypsies.

I agree, I wish they still made the MM trimmer. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. I still use mine every day!! I'm sure I have mentioned this story before- the plastic ruler broke about 10 yrs ago and it was going to cost me over $20 shipping from US to Australia. (ruler was only about $7) and I whinged on 2Peas about it. A lovely lady who ran a scrapbook store in Western Australia kindly offered to order one in to her shop, alongside her order of MM paper etc. She also ordered me a blade even though it was self sharpening and not meant to get blunt. Then, she refused to take any payment whatsoever from me, just said drop in if you are ever in WA. About 2700 km away!! I have drawn new lines and numbers on in sharpie as they had faded away, the ruler doesn't stay in place down one end ( usually just hold it) and it is gaffer taped along the bottom as I dropped it in a carpark. Lately the blade was tearing paper, so I got out the "new" blade and it works perfectly. I have been checking out the new Creative Memories or Cutterpillar cutters with the light- but will wait until my MM really doesn't work any more. Best $100 I ever spent. Corinne
