I am doing one last deep clean this week before my house goes on the market. Any tips on getting my house white glove clean? I bought a pumice stone, baking soda, and a scrubber. All of my cleaning supplies are packed so I need to pick up some items. Jen

Don't forget the baseboards. When we were house hunting, I had this thing about dirty baseboards. Years of dust and gunk. You could always tell the super deep cleaners had the cleanest baseboards ( even behind furniture that blocked them).

I think that with vinegar, ammonia and baking soda you can clean just about anything. Not mixing the ammonia with the vinegar of course, but ammonia with dish detergent or with straight vinegar, or with vinegar with dish detergent and/or baking soda...
You don't need a lot of products at all.

If you have carpet leave the vacuuming for the very last thing. Vacuum lines scream clean.

Is this not okay? thanks, Jen It is probably fine, but I grew up hearing never mix ammonia with anything, so I don't just on the off chance I create a new deadly gas.

I also heard never to mix ammonia and vinegar because it can create a harmful gas and perhaps be explosive?
These things say this house has been deep cleaned to me: baseboards clean, corners of closets clean, draperies and window treatments dust free, window and door tracks without bugs or dirt, garage floor swept and cleaned of oil stains and doors free of kick stains or marks around the handle.
