Just another house listing.. pretty mellow.... liked the Dos Equis cardboard beer guy in the corner... LOL link.... can you tell that we are looking for a new house in CCSD, which is not in Prairie Middle School area?

I like the layout of this home very much. Not overly fancy but very nice for a family with children. Lots of room to spread out.

I like the house. My daughter got a big Dr Who figure like that from a party. She had it in her room for a couple of years.

I really like that house. I don't like the price tag. In my neighborhood a house like that might run $250,000.

I thought the house was nice, but it should have been decluttered before they put it on the market. When I saw the shoes lined up against the wall in the boy's room, I immediately thought "not enough closet space."

My dd used to have a Justin Bieber figure like that and we used to hide it places where it would scare her when she came home. Like in the doorway of the room next to hers or with his head peeking out over the shower rod. She would crack up over that. However, I would have thrown that sucker out if I was trying to sell my house.
ETA: Actually, it took much less to throw that thing away..😂😂😂 It was fun seeing her pictures and captions on snapchat about it though.😂

I like it, but would like at least 1 bedroom (preferably the master) and the laundry on the main level.

A nice enough house, but first order of business would be paint. The neighboring houses feel too close.

Maybe it's the most interesting house in the world. HA!

I like it, don't love it. Certainly looks comfortable and livable for a family but I wouldn't buy it. I really don't get why people don't de-clutter and stage it a bit before taking the pictures. It would be about a million more in my town

OMG at first it looks exactly like one of my good friend's house. The front seems identical but she lives in Northglenn. Inside totally different though.
I like it but not the paint color.... looks like one of the bathroom's cabinets don't close very good, or they didn't close them. Also, looks like they could have used a little Windex on the windows.. haha..
Overall it's okay but as usual out of my price range.

It would be about a million more in my town I think they were doing good on the decluttering until that mismatched family room (looks like in the lower level of the house) and then the two bedrooms. They needed to make it look visually better like the wires need to be hidden, placement of furniture could have been better. I think the kitchen and living room area looked decent. The bathrooms also needed a little work. Okay so never mind.. haha..

I was struck by how bare the walls were in all the bedrooms but one. Huge room, lots of wall space and 1 small painting on the wall. I was so happy to see the bedroom for the (apparently) teenage boy. I thought, "Yes, a family does live here!"

How busy is the street on the South side of the house? I thought Mineral Av is a pretty well traveled thoroughfare. But maybe not in this section?

I like the covered patio. At least Mr. Dos Equis is a lightweight. They could have bolt-mounted some hideous bar sign to the wall leaving the new owner with wall damage.
