 Not sure I have a favourite...I just very much appreciate a day off work, and being with family. I do know that Mother's Day is NOT my favourite. I have worked that sunday for the past 5 years, and was scheduled AGAIN this year. It's therefore been essentially cancelled in our house, which makes me grumpy because I feel like I should get a day where people say, "oh, look, there's mom". Maybe I'll scrap that  |

kitbop, I'm with you on Mother's Day. I loved honoring my mother but I hated going to Church and hearing about all the wonderful young mothers and the zillions of things they do for their children. All the while I was sure my kids were sitting there thinking "I wish THAT were my mom." Of course they didn't say it, but I felt like that's how they felt. gramma, I can't really pick a favorite holiday, but I do love Christmas and someone snapped a photo of me for a change, so I used that holiday.
