My pantry/fridge/freezer is SO organized now. Figured if I needed to make sure that I at least had staples in the house, I had better go through everything to be sure what I had.
Planning on going through the cabinets in the bathrooms tonight.
I am also getting pissed about wasting food lol Even more so than usual. I made a crock pot recipe with chicken last night. It was horrible. So pissed that I wasted the chicken, butter, etc lol At least the dog ate well, he loved it lol
My house has never been so clean. I have started wiping down every single surface with Clorox wipes daily, including door handles, light switches, etc.

I've always had a pretty organized house since I haven't worked for the past year and my kids are older. I almost wish I had a few projects. My two closest friends say they have enough to do for the next four weeks.
Anyway, I need to organize and put away all my potential ebay sales because THAT isn't happening, then organize all the food. The garage and back yard need help as always.

The garage and back yard need help as always OMG yes. The garage is alllllllll DH. I am not even touching it. We have a huge 3 car garage. DH has been mid project for months now, so it is full of tools and stuff. My bay where I usually park? His snowmobile is there. This is a good idea, I need to get him going on that. Our backyard is a whole 'nother story. That is mine. Waiting for the weather to break long enough to get going on spring cleanup.

Yes!!!
When I first read about the idea of putting some supplies off to the side, I started buying a few things each week at the grocery store to add. I created 2 tubs of foods (cereal, pasta/sauce, poptarts, rice, rice sides, noodle sides, snacks, etc.) They are neatly packed into the tubs. I even made a list of what is in each tub with expiration dates so that if we don't need them for this quarantine, I'm sure to use them up.
I've also been doing some spring cleaning.

I announced yesterday that I am going to finally clean out and organize my closet. Unfortunately I don't seem to have much more free time because I work from home and I still have a job (thankfully). I do think I will get to it. I just need to adjust my expectations of doing it today. For sure I can do it this weekend when I am not working and running around anywhere. I will have time. After the closet I will pick a different project. I am hoping to get organized, but spring is here and outdoor yard work also needs to be done.

When we went to the school yesterday to clean out DD16 locker a teacher asked her what she was going to do. I said paint the kitchen and bedroom! I've had paint for the entrance/kitchen/dining room and bedroom for a little bit now but was still working on deculttering my scrap space. Now she can help with that. I went through my cupboards and downstairs food storage a little while ago but would like to tackle the chest freezer.

Not yet, but hopefully soon! Trying to get the kids on board (17, 20 and 22) but that won't happen. And if I nag, they will get mad and I am stuck in the house with 3 angry kids. Not something I want because I can't escape to McDonalds for my soda or Target! I hope they get tired of those tik tok videos soon, that's all they do!

Well, let’s just I fell into the abyss when I couldn’t find something I *knew* was in my scrap room. Three hours later, it’s still not put back together. When we moved here 18 months ago, I just put stuff on shelves wherever they would fit. Now, I’m being more thoughtful.

My pantry was always pretty organized. My laundry room though hasn’t looked this good since the week we moved in, LOL. I desperately need to work on cleaning up my studio which has been a train wreck since last summer when my BFF and I started going through her mom’s craft stuff and she sent a ton of stuff home with me to have. Now I really need to try to go through it along with my own stuff and try to combine it and organize all of it together. We’re talking thick dies, thin dies, paper, cardstock, paper pads, punches, pens and markers, ink pads, storage boxes. So.Much.Stuff. But it’s all GOOD stuff so I shall persevere.

No, but I work from home, so nothing has changed for me work wise. My husband who has two part-time jobs informed me last night now that he'll be home for dinner now every night of the week. I told him that was fine and one night we'll order out and the other he can cook. I mean just because he has 35 more hours in the week doesn't mean I need to cook more often.

Not overly organized but cleaned one pantry cupboard today....I have 28 unopened boxes of drop in water flavoring. And about 60 loose sticks

Working on it. Today I went through my freezer that’s in my garage and my canned good pantry. Lots more to go.

I had started organizing a few weeks ago. I'm working from home, so can't do anything like that for 8 hours during the day.

I was sick 2 weeks ago and we were on voluntary quarantine so dh ordered a Casper mattress. Well that led to new bedroom furniture, cleaning out dressers and exposing the brick on the chimney that runs through our room. I’m still off work so today I started on decluttering the basement so I can move on to the laundry room. I want to paint it. I also got wood to make a counter like shelf above the washer & dryer. If I’m still off next week I’m moving into the backyard & doing spring clean up.

Yes, and my house is the cleanest it's been in months! But I did totally reorganize the pantry so I knew what to buy and only tried to get what I thought we needed. I'm also noticing trying really hard to stretch food and we're eating perishable items first, including things I'd normally toss (like ripe bananas and greens that are just on the verge). Same with paper products and using more towels and rags. It definitely makes you rethink how much you take for granted and how disposable we normally view things. I really want to make some changes going forward.

It’s my plan. Pantry is done, so far that’s it. Tomorrow is my day one of being off work for 2 weeks (ish). Hopefully I can get productive.

We just moved so I had already spent a lot of January cleaning out old stuff but I've really ramped up my pantry and freezer organization/inventory tracking and pantry tracking. In January I made two goals - reduce food waste and start really closely tracking my budget again. Who knew that those goals would be SO appropriate for what has happened since January 1.
Ironically, our new house has a pool and an exercise room and I'm so so so incredibly grateful for both of those additions in my life during this crazy time.
