I have been but it’s because I’ve become addicted to the Peloton app, AND I have Invisalign. Between the extra exercise and having to brush my teeth every time I take out my aligners I am snacking a lot less. This morning I weighed myself and did a double take.

Yes, 3lbs down in the past week, purely from healthy home cooking and removal of opportunity to pick up snacks on my breaks. We're no longer having time for breaks at work.

I lost 5 pounds but then I spent last week sick with a very bad case of stomach flu. It's been 7 days and I am finally eating normally. I was very dehydrated.

Not me. You know that meme about putting on your jeans every few days to make sure they still fit? Yeah, THAT. The thing that makes it so bad is that with everybody home our dogs keep begging to go outside in the yard a hundred times a day, but no one other than me will actually let them out. And the yard doesn’t have an actual fence, so the little dog has to go out on a leash, which means I have to go out with her. Which means I have to walk through the kitchen full of several weeks worth of food and snacks multiple times a day, ugh.

Yes, I've lost 7 pounds. I'm exercising a lot more and still doing intermittent fasting but it's become one day of restrictive calories (really, just super low carb) and one day of a little more freedom. It's working well.

I have. I'm not losing it quickly, but I don't really want to. I'm still following WW, as well as working out 4 days a week. Losing a little is better than gaining during this craziness!

The thing that has helped us the most is that we didn’t buy any snacking stuff and limited desserts. A big box of Ferrer Rocher for me, I have one a day, and a couple pints of ice cream for DH. We don’t have children and we don’t keep any snacks like chips or cookies in the house. We’ve always done that, except we didn’t keep the desserts here. So if we wanted something, we had to leave the house. Considering the weight loss, we did that more than we thought Haha! This is us. We keep no snacks in the house and used to have to make a trip to get them if we wanted them. I guess I never realized how many trips we must have made. No trips for snacks = such sadness around here. I've lost five pounds, but I'm sure I'll even that out when we can freely move about once more.

Noooooo
I weigh the most I have ever weighed (not pregnant of course). But I’m ok with that. I tend to not eat in stressful situations, got a wee touch of anorexia that says “life is out of control, control food!” But I’ve been a diligent gal and tracking it and not succumbing and I’m doing good. Too good, lol. No for real I got to scary low 10 or so months ago due to stress and I vowed never again.
Not quite the “covid 19” but never say never, I will be isolating for some time still!

I have lost two pounds in the last two weeks. I've been crazy busy at work as we get ready to educate our kids from home. I began working from home yesterday. I am making a point to exercise - youtube videos for weight training, getting back into a running routine, and walking my dogs. I am determined to be as healthy as possible. When I am stressed I do not overeat. I drink way too much coffee and eat less. I have been having a drink every single night.

Nope. I’m home from my school job where I usually get at least 10,000 steps in (lunch lady) as this is Spring Break week. We’re feeding kids, doing a delivery route via busses, but not til next week. My group is scheduled to work every other week. I was doing ok, knowing I was going in for my annual wellness checkup this week, but that’s on hold, probably til summer. Been trying to walk outside, but need to do it every day. Gotta get a grip on the stress eating....

Yes. 5 lbs on my weigh in last saturday. I am not hungry. Will weigh again tomorrow usual time and place jeans are looser so think it will be down more. I can stand to lose but am forcing myself to eat 3 regular meals per day just smaller portions if it looks overwhelming. Although we are told (and I am determined to believe) it is irrational I have fears of not having enough to feed my kids, I think it is a mom thing.

Total stress eater here. I eat healthy during the day, then go out of control at night. Last night I ate a bag of chips.

11 pounds due to being stressed about my 2 college kids. One is home and the other is with her hubby, so they are both right where they need to be.

I lost 10+ pounds when I retired. I snack less at home.
Now I'm stressed, plus I've been doing 30 minutes on my treadmill every morning, so I'm down about 15 pounds total.

We feed our kids dinner first and eat what they leave behind and then make something light for us. It works.

I ate a normal dinner for the first time in weeks. I made rice/veg/chicken soup and it was perfect. I had two helpings and was perfectly fine that no one else loved it. Leftovers for tonight.
