My last order with Tupelo designs was 2 years ago. At the time I think I emailed about 5 times trying to find out the status of my order, and they finally answered with not much information-just said yes, we received your order . It ended up taking about 6 weeks to get it. I decided to never shop there again. Just recently I started getting emails from them again and just deleted them without reading them. I finally saw one that said survey so I thought it might be a good opportunity to let them know why I stopped shopping there. Turns out it's a new owner-they sent me an email apologizing for my past experience with the former owner. Does anyone know when this happened?

So I looked around a little-they now have an active facebook and one person there said they used to get orders in weeks and their last order was delivered in 2 days. That would be a drastic change from before. I'm going to give them another chance. Also they sent me a gc after the survey. Honestly if I'd known it wasn't the same owner I never would have said anything but they seem very nice and respond quickly to emails and feedback now.

I have heard of them, but I have a hard time remembering stamp companies products. If they are known for more floral, contemporary, simple images, cute...?

I ordered from them a few times in the past, however wasn't overly impressed and kind of forgot about them. I also recently started getting emails from them but have just deleted them without reading. Maybe I will have to check them out again.
Edit: I went back through my emails and found where I created my account on Tupelo in January of 2016. All three of my orders with them were placed in 2016 and I haven't ordered since. I know I don't like a place when I don't order - my favorite places usually get at least 1 order a month from me!

Free shipping on orders of $10??? Wow... the place I order from most now has free shipping at $150... I can run with $10! I looked around a bit and they are out of a ton of stuff, but I do see some things I may 'need'

Hello! My name is Anna Veach, and I have some wonderful and exciting news for you! As of 02/16/2020, I am now the NEW (and improved) owner of Tupelo Designs!
As I’m sure that you can imagine, with new ownership comes a few growing pains. I've had to move the current inventory from one warehouse to another. Currently, I am actively working on getting everything unpacked, and ready to ship out as many pending orders as possible.
If you have placed an order and are wondering about the status, and haven't heard from me in any way, please know that I am working on your order during every waking moment of my day. As soon as I have an updated status for your order, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been shipped, and you will receive the associated tracking number.
Due to the fact that this is now a one woman show, it's up to me to pull the order, print the label and pack it up. This means that there will be a delay in when your order will be shipped. At the moment, I'm anticipating being able to ship out orders the first week of March (yes, that's VERY close!), so you should receive something VERY soon.

They don't design their own as far as I know. They sell other brands of products.

I did not have a good experience with them the one time I ordered and have never ordered again. Maybe I will give them another chance....

I ordered from them a lot, never had trouble with shipping quickly until they had to move warehouses. I checked back a few times since they got a new owner and I am not seeing the deals they used to have nor the selection. I won’t be ordering from them anymore unless things change.

They were awful under the last owner. You bought something thinking it was in stock and then you had to wait for weeks because it wasn’t in stock. Sometimes you had to email about an order not being received and it suddenly would e shipped after weeks of waiting. I will look again at the site. I did start getting emails from them too.

FYI-the site is laid out terribly. They actually have a lot of stock but in order to see it, you have to go to "products" and then "view all" and it will show all the brands and categories.
