Anyone know if Michaels or Joanns sell empty pizza boxes? I just need a couple. I looked on amazon but you can't buy them individually.

Restaurant supply store will carry them. A local pizza might sell you a couple but not a chain.

M's and J's do not sell them. M's has cardboard storage boxes with lids and bookplates on the front that are about the same dimensions as a pizza box -- they are about 6.00 full price but frequently on sale.
I used to buy unused ones from a local pizza place, for about 0.50 each, when I had to ship layouts and didn't have a box around that they fit in.

I've purchased them at a pizza place. I've paid $1 each and another just gave them to me when I bought pizza.

Join Club Scrap. You will soon be drowning in empty pizza boxes. Seriously. I could probably tape a couple together and ship them off to you for not too much $$.

My mother, who can certainly afford to purchase an empty pizza box, uses her empty boxes either for her stamp collection or her beads. (I can't remember LOL)
She orders pizza from her "regular place" (which is a chain...Little Caesars IIRC) and brings a pan or some kind of container for them to put the pizza in...and she takes the empty box home.
Seems like a lot of effort in order to collect a new pizza box each week...but she's widowed, retired...and well that's what she wants to do.

I went to a local pizza place and asked if I could buy a couple and they just laughed and gave them to me. It never hurts to ask!

My daughter went as a pizza slice last year and wanted one to carry around school (HS) to give out candy. The guide at our pizza place was happy to give me one, although I offered to buy it.
