INGREDIENTS
4 cups pineapple, frozen & chopped
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup milk (any milk such as dairy, almond, coconut, etc.)
1 cup whipped topping (optional, but so yummy)
DIRECTIONS
Place frozen chopped pineapple, condensed milk, and liquid milk in the blender or food processor.
Process until pineapple is smooth. You may need to stop the machine and scoop mixture down the side a few times until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping, then serve.
Optional step: Place in a gallon freezer bag, cut the end off of one of the corners, and pipe mixture into glasses for a soft-serve ice cream look.
