Let's not forget that people will go after your job if you are working and adjust your mask or absent mindedly pull it down while you're trying to be understood on the phone ... but the second they enter the building they can't be bothered. That part really frustrates me.

What does your manager say you should do if you feel unsafe? She's pretty much let it be known that we can quit any time we want, and there's a line of unemployed people waiting for our job.

I’m not happy with the situation in my workplace either ( private osteopath practice ). The place isn’t getting cleaned regularly ( my boss half-heartedly wipes door handles) we were told we wouldn't be handling the money or the dirty couch and pillow covers - but now she’s asking us to . She also had us back to work for two days whilst on furlough -I’m seriously considering reporting but I don’t want to lose my job . My colleague/opposite- number ( we split the 10 hr shift ) Are desperately trying to keep ourselves safe. We have found patients using our toilet - even though it says staff only - and I had one woman pick the door barrier up, put it aside and walk right up to my desk ( we have no Perspex screen)- she swore at me when I asked her ( politely) to move back away from me. As soon as they leave her room ( where they are required to wear a mask to receive treatment ) they remove their mask and I’ve found them discarded on the floor even though there are three bins around the place . I’ve only worked three shifts this week to see all this! My boss has asked me if I would like to increase my hours- I very quickly declined! I thought you didn’t believe masks worked.

Need to make a lot of posters like this---or business cards to hand out to those who offend.
I need this on a giant button I can pin to my clothes.

OP, I’m so sorry you’re in this situation.
As for people not going to the dr unaccompanied-my elderly Aunt is technically physically and mentally capable of going to an appointment alone, but she prefers me to go with her. She feels better having another person there to hear what the doctor says. That said, I completely keep distant from others, wear a mask (and properly), etc. Truthfully I’m more diligent than some staff members; and, they of all people should know what to do.

Yesterday was the first day that our store opened to customers since March. Customers have to wear a mask to walk in the door, but the second they are in the store, most (truly most!) pull it down past their chin. Our state "recommends" mask wearing, but it's not enforced by law. The store manager said in a store meeting that we are not to confront customers. (Obviously I wouldn't anyway, because you never know how people will react) But I'm just so sad and stressed. I've been so careful for all these months, not going into stores frivolously, not traveling, not hanging out with anyone outside my household. And now hundreds of customers can just waltz in, mask pulled down, sneezing, coughing, not maintaining social distance.... But it's Profits over People. This makes me mad too. We have SIP since the beginning, only going out for food or to the doctor, and we still got covid-19. Somewhere, someone wasn't careful and we ended up with it. We went out today after having the virus for 3 weeks, (we are recovered), stayed in our car, but noticed people everywhere are not wearing masks, or the ones that are, have it pulled down. People just aren't concerned about anyone else. They think they won't get it, but do they think about possibly being a carrier with no symptoms, and how that might affect others? It won't kill you to wear a mask if you're not sick, or think you're not sick. You do it to protect others, not just yourself. I wouldn't wish this virus on anyone. Please wear your masks!
