Their facebook page got hacked and facebook so far refuses to help them. The hackers have now contacted Hancock's of Paducah and are trying to blackmail them. Many people are posting angry comments there because of the weird things the hackers are posting and I'm sure the people at Hancock's are sick about it and may be losing customers. They've started a new page. Here is the information on the Hancock's of Paducah website: www.hancocks-paducah.com/Facebook-Page-InformationThey've also started a page to try to get facebook's attention but I really don't see how it helps. But anyway here is that one: www.facebook.com/groups/273188459559109/

I figured something like that happened and just ignored the posts. Why people would think Hancocks actually had anything to do with it and weren't working to fix it I can't imagine.

I agree. And if they had just looked at the other posts to the page they would have seen the other posts saying the page was hacked.
The weird thing is I never saw Hancock's posts on my feed until they were hacked. I actually don't see 90% of the posts from my groups, liked pages, and friends no matter how much I adjust my settings.

Our Samoyed dog Facebook group keeps getting spammed. I have only seen something inappropriate once but others see things more often.

This happened to my friend's page U-Create. They finally got FB to fix it, but it was a mess! I have received two or three messages from spammers saying they're from Facebook on both Riley Blake and My Mind's Eye's Facebook. I knew they were spammers so I reported them, but I can see how the admins at Hancock were fooled. Hope they get their page back.

This was beyond spamming. Someone hacked into and then signed into their facebook as the admin and was posting links as the owners. They did get the page back-facebook finally helped them after a lot of their followers reported the page.
And now they are having a sale to celebrate.

Oh I know. What they do is send a message to your account that looks like it's from Facebook. You give them your information, they add themselves as admins of your account and remove all of the official admins. Then they take over your account.

It's a great place. I've been there once and could have spent hours. I really felt like I needed to get the full experience!
