I know two. One is in her late 30s and the other is early 50s. I can't remember the last time I heard a child called Sally though.

My next door neighbour is a Sally, as are my cousin, 2 colleagues and the mother of one of my children's friends. Not at all unusual in the UK for a particular age group.

No, but I think it's cute!
I have a friend we call Sally. Her last name is Musser, which was shortened to Muss, which became Mustang Sally, until we all just started calling her Sally.

Several. Although it's a nickname for a couple Susans and a Sarah. I don't know anyone with Sally as their given name.

I can only think of one - a girl I took dance class with's mom's name was Sally. Haven't a thing about either of them in over 40 years, so technically, I don't know her anymore, lol.

It's fairly common down here in SC.
I know 4. Spelled Sally and Sallie. One uses it as a nickname for Sarah Louise.

I did, yes. She was one of my best friends growing up. When I moved from Newfoundland to Ontario, I loved getting letters from her because she wrote exactly how she spoke and it was like getting a little piece of home. Sadly, she died a few years back.

My friend/workmate is called Sally. She is 47. I will tell her that her name is considered unusual. Corinne
ETA My Sally is English and I think it is more common in the UK than other places.
