That’s beautiful. I’d be doing a little more updating but I think it’s an amazing home for the price (not amazing enough to lure me back to Texas though  ). I’m sure it will go quickly  . |

It IS reasonable especially in that area and with the provenance. Wish I wanted to live that close to Clear Lake.

How do you get in and out of that shower/tub? I have short little legs. I'd kill myself. We have a tub with a tile surround I can't use for that reason. I can't straddle the distance.
